Store cancels order without any notification, doesn't answer to questions and not return money

18-11 order created
19-11 confirmation from store, that will fix VAT amount on invoice in 5 days
21-11 I log to store and see that order is cancelled (without any email, product is available on site)
21-11 asked about order, received no answer (only auto confirmation)
26-11 today I sent another query

Terrible shop, took the money, cancel the order, never responded on emails. No info about the refund. Truely do not recommend unless you want to lose your money,

I ordered smartphone at 18 of November when I paid i got a e mail with confirmation and time of delivery will be 2 Days. 21 of november my order was cancelled. I wrote an e mail and call to this shop but they didn't answer. I warn you if you don't want frozen money, don't buy anything from this shop.

I do not recommend the store. I bought a smartphone using a discount code and paid for the purchase. Next day my order was canceled explaining that the code was valid until the end of October. However, this is not true because some people received smartphones. This store is a scam.

Please stay away from this company. I bought a phone on sale, unfortunately the order was canceled because it was determined that they no longer had the model. Imagine my surprise when the phone appeared on sale again 3 hours later, unfortunately at a normal price.

I made order for Honor Magic 6 Pro and they just cancelled it without any contact, without any email, no comment. Also was trying to contact with them but they dont answer on emails

I had a mixed experience with Belsimpel. The ordering process seemed straightforward, and the offer was competitive, but unfortunately, there were issues with fulfilling the order. My order was canceled due to an invalid discount code, even though the code was accepted during checkout, and the website did not indicate any problems.

I value transparency and fairness in customer service, but in this case, proper communication was lacking. Instead of offering an alternative or a solution to the issue, the order was simply canceled. This approach leaves a negative impression, especially since the product is still listed as available on their website.

I hope the company improves its approach to customer service in the future, particularly regarding transparency and problem resolution. I would like to trust their services again, but my current experience prevents me from giving a higher rating.

I bought phone. It was available when I was buying. Next day I checked my order and status was that they are waiting for delivery on 22.11, because they don't have phone. Today I got email that order was cancelled. I don't recommend this store.

Fast delivery, ordered before 10pm got the phone the next day. Only remark I have: I used a voucher and it was not very clear how to use it. I had to cancel one order and reorder again. I ordered on my mobile phone, maybe the website is better via standard browser (laptop)

Hi,on placing my order for Anker 737 Powercore Fast Charger Powerbank, I found it easy to do, and my order was fulfilled and quickly replied to and delivery was quick. I also have to say that the Anker 737 Powerbank is excellent and fast charging. A lovely piece of tech gear to have.

they made me pay 255€ first claiming the order was successful. After 2 days from placing the order I have been informed I don't have all the required documents so the order would have been cancelled. This is not transparent and fair. Conditions of purchase should have been specified clearly and before any payment.

After that the support reached out to me, they were really nice and helpful and also very sorry for the issue. They told me they’ll take care to forward the feedback and I have been also refunded after a couple of days.

I ordered a phone 2 weeks ago (10th of September) and still do not have it. I talked with them around 3-4 and each time the conversation ends the same way: They will open an investigation and let me know what is going on as soon as possible. Apparently, the problem was with my address, and that the delivery company (UPS) can't find it. I tried contacting them or changing the address, but it didn't work. So, I tried again with Belsimpel and asked them about it, but again I was met with the answer that they would investigate. Now, two weeks later, I sent them emails again and they haven't replied in the diapason that they give (36 hours) and I still do not have any information. I wanted to cancel my order, but I can't because they don't have the phone. It is a repeating and frustrating cycle and it does not look like it will get resolved any time soon...
I have ordered from them before and there was no problem. I assume it was because it was a domestic package, but now it is international.
After all of this, I contacted them and I was able to get my money back. As for compensation, they gave me a voucher. They were really responsive as well, so even if I had some problems, I would still recommend them!
