Belvedere are one of the cleanest, most professional and highest quality clinics from the many I have been to. I'm always recommending Belvedere to my friends. It is so obvious to me that the company is being 100x better than their rivals. The minute I step through the door or get on the phone with the clinic I am always comforted by their politeness and excellent customer service. The ladies in the office are always calling me back at the first free minute they get! I am currently in the process of my 2nd surgery with the clinic and I am dying to see the results that I am use to!! Keep up the standard guys!

I would never recommend the clinic. I saved for years to have a nose job done and in 2013 it was done but was done so bad 2 years later I had to have correction surgery done. I've been left with a huge scar on my nostril and lumps on the side of my nose. I have tried to complain and spoke to a solicitor but nothing could be done. My confidence is on the floor and I hate what I see. The clinic took my money and didn't care about what they have done to me. 8 years on and I'm still suffering. Do not waste your money do not use this clinic.

I would like to start by saying I had a bad experience with one of the Belvedere clinics surgeons and was far from happy with the results from the liposuction to 3 areas which should of been vaser lipo from start to finish dealing with the staff members involved was horrific with no response and the full story would not fit in this review, however me and my partner have been here multiple times and have recommended this place to multiple people because before these staff were here it was such a inviting professional place. After dealing with Phillip at the Belvedere and going through the whole experience with him and understanding their story with the surgeon and staff involved in my surgery, it has now been confirmed these these staff have been fired and taken to court for trying to defame the clinic. I now cannot fault the Clinic, they have handled my issues excellently and have arranged for me to have revision Vaser surgery to get the results I originally was promised. Really excited & will leave another review with my results.

Such an unprofessional clinic - I wouldn’t waste anymore time or money here ever again!
I booked a consultation that was then changed times 3 times to suit the clinic, I got there and it was overly busy and had to wait outside for 20 minutes. I was then invited in and dealt with paper work, after 5 minutes before finishing my client form I was taken by the receptionist to my room where another client who still hadn’t finished her apportionment and was rushed out so I could come in. My appointment was very rushed and he didn’t answer so many of my questions that I wanted to ask. I then had to wait to see Mia who was going to show me different size of implants for me to try, however they was a two hours delay and the clinic told me to wait outside. After 30 minutes of waiting they told me to go home and wait for Mia to phone me back. However it’s now week and a half later and Mia still hasn’t called. I have chased every day since and all I get told is that I will be receiving a phone call that same day. I’ve given up with them, there so unprofessional, unreliable and if they can’t even call me back what will they be like during my surgery.

I’m taking it as a blessing disguise and things happen for a reason, I will defiantly not be going to Belverdere clinic for any of my surgery’s!

I had breast enlargement surgery carried out in December 2020 with Dr Shadi, my experience from start to finish was very positive! Now just over 3 months post op and I am super happy with the result, I have confidence like never before all thanks to you guys! I was extremely nervous but the receptionists, nursing team, op team and surgeon all made me feel so comfortable and the aftercare has been great despite Covid! Worth every penny and so happy I finally went for it!

Recently had my boobs done and couldn’t be happier! Operation was done by Dr Alberto Di Giuseppe. Staff are always there to help and my whole experience has been brilliant so far! Thank you!

I had a breast enlargement by Dr. Costantino Davide in December 2020.
I am absolutely in love with them, he done a fantastic job.
The people are very friendly, the place is immaculate and very clean.
Most definitely recommended.

Nearly 7 weeks post op for breast augmentation (dr Costantino Davide). I had a stress free experience here at the Belvedere. Dr Davide is very knowledgeable. A man of few words however he did make me feel at ease and he also has a sense of humour! He recommended the size based on my measurements. So far he has done a fantastic job! My results are amazing and loving them more as they settle each week.
The Belvedere can be hard to reach sometimes, as they have been extremely busy recently. Especially trying to keep things going with Covid. All my questions were answered eventually though so no problem!
The nurse Esther is a credit to the Belvedere! She looked after me on the day of surgery (I was a very nervous patient). Esther also saw me again for 2 post op wound checks, as well as telephone checks. She’s very knowledgeable and caring. All in all a great experience, one I will never forget! Anaesthetists were all lovely. Reception ladies are all welcoming! So confused at the comments regarding reception on here! They are lovely! I would come back here again if I ever wanted to. Just wanted to write an update, as I’m now nearly 4 years on from my surgery, and I still have the same throughts. Haven’t had a single problem with my implants, it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself!

I had my breast augmentation at the Belvedere Clinic and my experience from start to finish was everything I hoped it would be. All the staff were very informative and caring and I’m so happy with my results. I’m now nearly 5 weeks post op and the after care has been amazing! I would highly recommend this clinic.

I am now 2 weeks post op after having breast augmentation with the Belvedere clinic. My surgeon was Alberto di Giuseppe. I can not thank everyone who works there enough. They have all been so lovely, helpful and genuinely caring. I was EXTREMELY nervous about having the procedure done and on the day of the surgery I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease. I was able to have 2 consultations with my surgeon prior to surgery and even changed my mind on the size of implants the night before my op and they was able to do this for me which was amazing!! When I woke up from surgery the nurse that looked after me couldn’t have done any more for me! The theatre staff also made me so calm and feel safe.
I felt so looked after throughout my stay and the aftercare has also been amazing. They have always been a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns I have had.
I am so so happy with my results and would definitely recommend the Belvedere to anyone thinking about having surgery. Don’t be put off by the bad reviews!!

Hi amazing staff

I was welcomed to the clinic with a lovely receptionist who put me at ease, I was then admitted by a nurse who was very caring, my op and recovery went well, my surgeon was Mr Giuseppe Alberto after my consultation with him about my op I felt reassured I was in good care, I’m home now and recovering, I would definitely recommend Clinic Belvedere was very well looked after, all of the staff are amazing, thank you to nursing from Ukrainian and Italy nursing my dreams have come true xxxx

I cannot rate this clinic enough !! I booked my breast augmentation surgery during the first lockdown in 2020 at the reduced offer rate.
I had a virtual consultation via zoom and a face to face with Claire & Dr. Constantine Davide.
Both individuals were unbelievably professional and informative. Two weeks after my face to face I was concerned that the implants I had chosen maybe too large for my frame. I called the clinic and was invited back at no further cost for an additional consultation.
My surgery took place on Nov 2nd and from the minute I arrived to the time of discharge every person who I had contact with was so caring, attentive and friendly.
My surgery was a breeze, and so was my recovery. I followed every instruction advised by my surgeon and 6 weeks post op I am beyond happy with the results.

All the members of staff are extremely professional and went above and beyond. Especially Claire as I became impatient with the delay of my surgery due to Covid (which was entirely out of there hands and brat like on my part of I’m entirely honest).
Although I received my surgery at a reduced rate due to a promotional offer, my stay, surgery and aftercare was the same as anyone paying full price.

The clinic have seen me 3 times post op to ensure my wounds were clean and healing nicely, and have contacted me by phone and email also checking in on me. The aftercare has been amazing. Please don’t allow any negative comments posted by other patients deter you from using this clinic.
I am a particularly piccy person and I cannot fault them.
My only critique if I had any at all is that the paint on the walls in reception isn’t very attractive (which bares absolutely no questions of professionalism, safety or capability).

I had a really good experience with Belvedere Clinic. The service provided was extremely helpful and the staff really responsive and caring. I would definitely recommend it, I am so happy with the help received. Thank you.

We were not rejected , i in fact rejected the surgeon of his offer due to me feeling so uncomfortable, the lies continue! Look up the cqc report recently done on this place. Some of the points made by a professional. “The service could not demonstrate they treated concerns and complaints seriously or investigated them sufficiently or shared lessons learned with all staff”
“The maintenance and use of facilities, premises and equipment was not sufficient to keep people safe.”
And still another 15 points. I say no more, stay away for your own good people, this company will give you nothing but a headache or an infection.

I've recently had the most amazing experience, from beginning to end I received the best care. The staff were so helpful and professional and my results have changed my life, I couldn't be happier. They are highly recommended!!! Going to them was one of the best choices over made in my life.

I had breast augmentation at the clinic 4 days ago with Dr. Alberto Di Giuseppe Honestly, I can’t put into words how happy I am that I choose the clinic and the service provided from all staff including my surgeon was better than I could of ever wished for. I’m only 4 days post op, but the results are amazing and I cry every time I see them as they are exactly what I wanted it not better. Just grateful, couldn’t recommend them enough thank you !
