Absolute shambles, my partner has been constantly messed around. Not one appointment has been on time, surgery date was changed twice just days before then the location changed, then wasted 14 hours in London at Harley street because the time allocated was wrong so we arrived several hours earlier than required. Original consultation we had to wait 3 hours over appointment time. Absolutely ridiculous! My partner is due to have stitches removed tomorrow first thing tomorrow morning only to be called at 20:45 to be told it will again be moved to Harley street or she can wait till Monday. This is after arrangements have been made to work around their appointments only to be cancelled AGAIN! The people at belveredere must assume we don’t work or have lives outside of the clinic and things can just be dropped as and when it suits them. I have honestly never experienced such poor organisation from any business.

I’m very anxious and have no confidence with them! My whole experience has been awful. 2 of my operations have been cancelled now :( my concern is that they will get shut down completely my that’s my money gone forever!

Why can someone reply to my review and not return my calls/ emails. I have emailed over 20 times and no one has the decency to reply. Its absolutely terrible how you think you can treat people this way.

I'm entitled to my money back and shouldn't have to wait for it. You canceled my operation and wasted so much of my time. Not one apology.

ITS BEEN OVER 28 DAYS. I WANT MY REFUND.

The way the Belvedere clinic has treated me is utterly disgusting.
From start to finish it’s been nothing but a unprofessional joke. Please don’t ever consider using them. You really do get what you pay for. They have been closed down due to operating with the wrong equipment!! Shocking.

My first consultation via zoom Dr Alberto Di Guiseppe I was called up 20 minutes before asking to change the appointment to 7 days later. When I finally spoke to him he was smoking a cigar whilst speaking to me. Professional!

My second consultation face to face I called up on the Wednesday morning to confirm the time and was informed Dr Alberto Di Guisepp was not in the county. I was not able to see my surgeon face to face before surgery. The receptionist was confused why I was not ok with this!!???

The Belvedere clinic had been closed down and no one had the decency to tell me my operation had been cancelled. I called up several times, 8 days in a row just got told someone would call me back. No one ever did. Mia promised me I was on her list to call up tomorrow, did I get a call no.... I booked a 2 weeks off work and my mother in law to come down from Scotland to look after my children. Complete time wasters.

27 days later I still haven’t received my £1000 refund. They have absolutely no right to make me wait 28 days for my refund.
I am going to be speaking legal advice.

The stress and anxiety I have had using this company. I have been saving for years for breast enlargement and they have completely ruined my experience. Something I have been so excited for.

Careless, money grabbing scum bags.

I wish Trustpilot did a video option, I'd love to look you guys in the camera and really tell you how professional and health orientated the clinic are. Belvedere treated me like family when I had my op, I spoke to the receptionist for like an hour about so many off topic things, bless her lol. My surgeon Dr Ghadi was so straight talking and honest with me also, a true master at his work.

I've had two procedures at the clinic now, with the most recent being change of implant/enlargement in November 2020.
The service received was outstanding, from the warm welcome on Reception to the nurses post op. The clinic is spotless, couldn't fault anything.
So happy with the results, Mr Ghali worked his magic.

Belvedere are veterans in this cosmetic surgery game, I still call in asking for some dietary tips (free of charge). Everyone at this clinic finds the time for you and your procedure. I can't empahsise enough how strongly I feel about the effort these guys put in. I'll defo be looking to book my tummy tuck with Belvedere before the end of this year.

Please don’t give your money to this company. Cosmetic surgery is such a huge thing, do your research and go for a company that are professional and don’t argue back about their wrong doings.
The poor women who have been ridiculed on this site for simply getting frustrated over something that’s the companies fault, it’s appalling.

I had breast enlargement at this clinic end of March this year by the Professor, I am so happy with the end results but also I cannot fault the after care I have received either! Prior to my op I was given all information necessary, I was able to email in when I had questions and received responses straight away, the nurses were very friendly and informative, the after care I received was second to none! I did my research on this clinic and found that a lot of my clients had used the clinic and were more than happy to recommend and so am I

Fantastic service from the start. I had a breast enlargement in February and I could not be happier. From the original consultation to the end result to the after care I received I have been throughly looked after and I am over the moon with how my breasts look!!!
I had the operation at a time when you were was not allowed to take anyone with you. I was nervous to go by myself but I needn’t of worried as the all the staff made me feel so comfortable, put me at ease and looked after me so well. Once I was home I received a call from Astra who answered all my questions and told me exactly what to expect. She continued to see me and check my boobs for the next 6 weeks. She is amazing. The staff arranged all my appointments around my work and actually stayed late just to see me. I actually miss my Friday appointments.

2 years ago I had a breast reduction with the Belvedere. All I can say is, more than what I expected! They really know their stuff there. You'd think the girls in the office were also surgeons with how much knowledge they were providing me with my procedure. My surgeon was so delicate with me, he handled me like a newborn baby lol. Great stuff from the Belvedere!!

Honestly, I couldn’t give the Belvedere any higher praise!! Seeing some of reviews make me sick, so I had to share my experience! I had an operation early last year with a highly experienced, qualified but most of all comforting surgeon. To this day, my surgery remains in tact and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality. I wish I was wish enough to do my whole body (especially my lockdown food baby). I thank them for their service, and I will soon be back

Absolutely disgusted at this clinic, had my first consultation at the clinic, filled out all the forms which I had to tell the receptionist it was then incorrect forms as this was for Breast enlargement which I was not in for, spoke to the surgeon who wasn’t happy to go ahead until I had an ultrasound done so I went to another clinic in london paid privately for that. After many weeks the surgeon finally reviewed my scan answers agreed to go head with surgery. Booked in my surgery and my pre opp date finally after struggling to even get someone to even do that and on the day I rang up to confirm the time for them to tell me the surgeon wasn’t even in the country And it is cancelled. Days after I had my pre opp which was just a big mess they told me they’ve lost all my forms then Wasn’t seen until over an hour after my appointment and then was left in a room by the nurse for over half hour. I then saw Mia who was very lovely but again started talking about a breast enlargement which as I clearly states I wasn’t in for. I left the surgery Then they told me I would find out my surgery time 5-7 days before op. Never got a call so I continuously rang them to find out a time as I had booked time off for work but still couldn’t get through. Finally got through on the day of surgery for them to yet again tell me it’s not going ahead due to the surgeon having to isolate after he’s holiday!!! DO NOT even bother with this clinic, if u search there latest inspection reports it is scary!! Blessing in disguise I never let them lay a finger on me.

I received two consultations at Belvedere with two surgeons. as I wasn’t comfortable with the first consultation and possible surgery outcome. Was happy with the second so choose this surgeon. I paid in full in November for surgery dated in December. They cancelled the op the day before surgery was due to faulty equipment. I only discovered this when I had to chase them for an arrival time. They then ignored me for several months despite me ringing countless times asking for a new date (and yes they were still doing operations and consultations then and advertising discounts on the website). made an official complaint asking for my money to be returned on 22nd of March as I had not heard a thing from them since December. They have ignored the request to return the money. They sent me an email saying that my surgeon I picked no longer works for the clinic, which they have known this for weeks but only chose to disclose this when I made a complaint. In there email they have completely ignored my request for the return of my money. Paul has rang me off a mobile number in a threatening, aggressive and bullying manner trying to persuade me to have surgery and have refused any request for my money back. I’m now having to pursue this matter through small claims court for £5,250 that I paid in November for surgery never received and was ignored completely until I wrote an official complaint in March!! Do not give this place any money!!! And no I’m not a competitor I am a hard working person who has given over £5000 to a place that have provided no surgery and completely ignored me for nearly 5 months!! Give me my money back!!!

I just thought I needed to make a review as I am in total shock at what I have been reading, such awful things have been said about the Belvedere and all I can say is that I had such a great experience at the Belvedere, I have had 3 surgeries at the Belvedere clinic, all with great results and have been treated amazingly by all the staff. my surgeon was lovely. I'm even considering a 4th, which Im hoping to have as soon as i can, I am so glad Mia is back in as patient co-ordinator, she was my first coordinator and made me feel at ease and was there the through the whole thing, she knew i was so scared of needles and was with me the whole way, i would really recommend the clinic to anyone, which i have, i have had at least 10 friends who i have recommended to the clinic and all have been so happy with everything. To Lisa who has written all of these reviews, i understand that you are complaining on behalf of your daughter, but surely for her to book for surgery she must be an adult, surely you must be breaking some sort of confidentiality rules writing on behalf of an adult that was of sound mind to be accepted as a patient - maybe the social need to called to check on your daughters welfare, obviously she doesn't seem to be able to talk for herself

I had my surgery with Belvedere nearly a month ago, and couldn’t be more over the moon. I’ve been meaning to write a review but I’ve been so busy! DR Prakash did my surgery and I honestly can say he is the best surgeon ever, he has changed my life. Everyone here was so helpful and accommodating, and overall was the best experience I could have had. Dr Prakash is amazing. Thanks for everything guys x

My husband just informed me of the abuse that the clinic have been receiving and we are in utter disbelief!!! I had my breast augmentation 2 years ago as I wanted them to look MASSIVE! However my surgeon wasn't having it, he put my safety over profit. I felt in safe hands from the start, the girls took their time to explain in detail what I could expect! After I recover from this pandemic and save my money I am most definitely having something else done.

I am now booked for my 3rd procedure with the clinic. All I can say is, you can definitely trust the Belvedere! I’ve 2 recommended of my mates to them (should get a commission really) I don't know what all this abuse is for! Definitely not deserved! Anyway I can only speak on my experience and that has always surpassed my expectations. One of the best to do it!

This clinic are serious business! It's laughable seeing these bad reviews, obviously bitter ex staff/ competitors! I've been doing business with Belvedere for years now! I wish they had a customer loyalty scheme in fact, I'd be getting all the discounts with how much I've been. My surgeon was a true professional and magician at his job (he also did Katie Price's boobs). I'm thinking of getting a non surgical rhinoplasty when they offer it again, my nose must have grown throughout lockdown. This company really are leading by example in the industry. 100% recommended.

Belvedere are one of the cleanest, most professional and highest quality clinics from the many I have been to. I'm always recommending Belvedere to my friends. It is so obvious to me that the company is being 100x better than their rivals. The minute I step through the door or get on the phone with the clinic I am always comforted by their politeness and excellent customer service. The ladies in the office are always calling me back at the first free minute they get! I am currently in the process of my 2nd surgery with the clinic and I am dying to see the results that I am use to!! Keep up the standard guys!
