I have recently had a breast reduction and implants here at Belvedere Clinic and I felt at ease from start to finish! I was so nervous but all the staff made me feel calm and relaxed and took all my worries away. They looked after me well and I will be coming here again for my future surgeries. Highly recommend. Super amazed with my boob job 6 years ago honestly couldn’t be happier after having 2 more children it’s time to feel sexy again! I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Belverdere clinic, I had to have my breast implants removed as there was a recall on them it was classed as an emergency so with in a week I was have my implants removed and new ones put in, my anxiety hit the roof but all the staff put me at ease and reassured me that everything will be ok, they all went above and beyond for me, I cannot thank them all enough, this is now the second time I’ve had surgery at Belverdere and personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else, 10 weeks on I couldn’t be happier with the outcome again thank you all

Still waiting for my refund for a procedure that was booked and cancelled two days before in may 2023.
Have since been ignored and lied to!
Please research before parting with any money.

They repeatedly take money and go into liquidation only to set up under another name. The staff are in on it! Of course they wish to disassociate with trust pilot. As victims we have come together and are spreading the word.
We ARE NOT competitors, we are honest, normal people who booked and paid for surgery only to have the money taken and surgery cancelled.
These people are dishonest liars. They are currently under investigation. DO NOT PART ANY MONEY WITH THEM & SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!

I called to book in a consultation with the Belvedere clinic only to be spoken to by an incredibly rude member of staff (a male staff member didn’t give his name).
I had my boobs done 7 years ago with the clinic and had the best experience that’s what made me want to rebook with them but after speaking to this man who was so rude over the phone it’s put me off ever using them again. Your experience should be nice from first phone call up to and after ur surgery. Shouldn’t have to deal with someone who speaks to you like your dirt who clearly shouldn’t be working in a customer service face roll. For the clinic to be hiring people like that it has clearly gone very down hill in the past seven years and I will now be taking my money elsewhere.

I had awful breast surgery here in 2020, the surgery has left with me with two different size breasts and terrible scarring. I tried to sue the clinic for compensation and after 4 years we were told the clinic were going into liquidation and therefore there was no prospects of getting my money back, I saw a copy of the liquidation documents and it showed that the clinic owed thousands of pounds. I have noticed recent reviews for the clinic so I have no clue how they have managed to stay in business.

Believe the many one star reviews and avoid this place at all costs!

Two years on from a surgery that never happened due to being lied to and scammed by this company… please listen to all the bad reviews about this place! I speak from experience!
How those who work here sleep at night knowing they are taking money of hard working people is beyond me!
Also, the manager contacted me telling me I wouldn’t get my deposit back if I didn’t remove my review years back!
Joke of a company avoid at all costs

I have submitted several reviews on here giving my story and it is very similar to the other girls who were also scammed out of large sums of money promising them an operation that was then repeatedly cancelled and eventually the company we paid for our surgery (medical commissioning Ltd) decided to go into liquidation. If you look back on companies house you will see this is a regular occurrence for this establishment and the director of these multiple companies.
The company in question are now constantly trying to have our reviews taken down and flagging with trust pilot they are not legitimate reviews so I felt compelled to once again write here to confirm that I am a genuine victim of this clinic and their deception.
My name is Kelly Barnard, patient number 44013. My first operation was booked for 31/10/2022 this was cancelled 3 hours before I was due to be admitted- reason for this was staff had covid. My second operation was booked for 31/01/2023 and this was cancelled 5 days before- reason given was surgeon was out of the country (which was lies as I have confirmation from surgeon himself that he wasn’t working for the clinic at this time)
Belvedere Clinic do you not think you have done enough damage to our lives without trying to have our reviews removed in an attempt to salvage your clearly now ailing business.

I cannot believe the audacity of The Belvedere Clinic to post what they are deluded enough to believe is the truth! If you’re holding consultations and operating then give the hundreds of women the surgery they have paid for and never received then you wouldn’t have so many angry people. You can’t disassociate yourself from TrustPilot when the negative ones are true, we are genuine women that you have taken money from and caused years/months of pain and stress.

We all have signed contracts with one of the many companies you have set up, taken our money then put the company into liquidation so you don’t have to pay us back nor give us the surgery, we have letters from your liquidators with a long list of creditors who you owe money to! We have emails from your email addresses cancelling our procedures last minute, proof that we have to continually chase for updates, issue after issue about why our surgeries can’t go ahead, phone records showing that we have tried so hard to get our surgery.

For anyone wishing to book with The Belvedere Clinic, do your own research and believe the negative posts. Yes some people do get their surgery, a few of my friends have received theirs over the years which is why I thought this was a reputable company but I was wrong. It has not been worth the stress of dealing with them and I would recommend looking literally anywhere else. They cancelled my surgery for the 2nd time in May and I haven’t heard a word from them since June aside from a letter from their liquidator!

You can search up the clinic on Companies House and see what companies the director has also been a director of and how many of those have been liquidated with the amounts owing to genuine people. This is all publicly available information.

Same as the girls below write, this company has taken our money not given a refund and not given a service they promised. I waited a year they were full of excuses I have emails to prove it, always saying the equipment was faulty and I need to wait for it to be repaired or they had a leak at there clinic and again to wait for it to be repaired.. on and on like this for a year always having my money and refusing a refund, not responding to emails. No refund and no surgery..now they try to get out of paying by going into liquidation we all had a letter about this too..scam scam scam .Trust pilot need to investigate these claims and check on Companies House website to see the truth.. this company needs to be closed down as they should soon be prosecuted ! As they keep opening up other companies with the same directors we have taken this to the newspapers and television if trust pilot continues to try to take our reviews down we will also take action against this site. We have written honest reviews unlike the others anything with more than one star is a fake review that has been payed for. I hope if you need any further information before going to this clinic you read the reviews and join the WhatsApp group made in other reviews to know the truth so YOU DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY..choose anyone but NOT BELVEDERE clinic Abby wood..Its unbelievable they have the audacity to try to take our reviews down! Hi, me along with many other girls have suffered nonsense from this company. Do not believe their “statement of truth” as it is a bunch of lies. I am still owed so much money from May this year and have not had one tad of communication from them stating when my surgery date will be or whether I will be seeing my money ever again. It’s not just 2 girls who have tried to steal their company because who would want to, please do your research ladies and gents this place has gone into liquidation many many times I wish I had been told this before I went there :( you can see info on the gov website search into their directors and all the companies they have had. They can see my name, if they wish to respond to some of my emails and actually prove they are working on their company I will happily reconsider this review.

Took money up front for surgery 6k. Op booked and cancelled night before. Rebooked then cancelled again. Then rebooked assured all was well as I asked if there was problems. Day prior to op the company to which they took money was put into liquidation. I had been told to pay by bank transfer as problems with card machine. Can’t get money back. I tried to contact them but staff rude. They then just set up another company to take your money. Be careful avoid at all costs

DONT give these your money, I was due to have an operation in September since this the company gave taken my money, blocked my number, not replied to any of my emails. Please go to someone else!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMANY they’ve gone into liquidation and keep using different names to re open the business

Still waiting on my £1000 deposit after my surgery was cancelled on the 5th of September due to an anaesthetist not being available! Was told it would be the following week then received a email from the Harley group the following week saying there now doing maintenance work on the building and I won’t be able to get hold of them till the 13th of October! Convenient much! Only through emails which have been ignored! I want my money back or I will be taking you to court! Absolute joke of a company! You have got till the 13th of October and if I haven’t received my deposit money back by then I will be taking it further! Your playing with fire here belverdere clinc I can assure you! I won’t let this lie!

My friend has also payed £3750 which she has been saving to get her boob job just like everyone else on here.
To be sent the letter about the liquidation,
They have blocked her and if she calls on any other numbers they hang up on her.
They are absolutely disgusting doing this to people, taking money of people noing they have no intention of doing the operation.
Should all be ashamed of them selfs.

I had a telephone appointment to book a consultation and they got back to me right away I then went on the day to my appointment and they told my I had to pay there and then as it was summer time deal so I did pay the full amount up front they then gave me a date for my surgery with no intentions of ever doing it they then sent letters and emails out 3 days before my surgery to say they had gone into liquidation and to take it up with the company that was on my paper work (medical commission limited) I then tried to call (the Harley street group) over 30 times and kept getting told on the phone they could only take a message and wouldn’t put me through to belvedere clinic , yet when I called to make a consultation they could quite quickly put me through to Belvedere so they could take my money they are robbing theifs and everyone who works there is in on it the owner all of them are evil people who will not be getting away with it ! DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC it is also a used old dirty building that is unfit for and surgery

So where do I begin, this clinic is a absolute disgrace, I went to this clinic with my daughter on the 27th June 2023, paid £3.750 for my daughters surgery with a lady called Theresa, this is was my daughters trust fund money and has never been confident with her boobs so wanted Boob implants .. this clinic scammed my daughter with giving her a contract ( medical commissioning LTD) a contract that was in the process of going into liquidation.. so this contract meant nothing, so they fraudulently took this money from my bank account knowing my Daughter was never gonna get her surgery!!! This company opens and closes so many company under different company names there new one is called the natural wellbeing London LTD , which will go into liquidation , like all the other company's have .. you get ignored when you email or call, so my daughters paid for surgery she's never going to have, and they will continue to ripe people off .. please please avoid this company!!! Don't take your money there because you will end up like many of us walking away with nothing .. all the staff new what was going on but still booked in consultations Under a company that was in the process of going burst so it's not worth the paper it's written on ..😡😡😡😡
