BUYER BEWARE
Please do not buy from this company. They are a very bad example of an Australian small business. The main reason is they promise to deliver within a certain timeframe & do not. If you question them (after finally responding to your 6th email) you are basically abused & made to feel like a bad person. If you ask for a refund because it didn’t arrive on time, your refund is refused. By the time the goods arrive, the baby has grown out of the size & it is of no use. I have never received such poor service from a small Australian business. There is no option to leave a Google review for the company which in itself is strange. I am surprised to see positive reviews on Trust Polite & I can only assume these are fake. Please beware.

Excellent customer service
My favourite thing outside of the insane quality of the products is the customer service. I’ve had a couple of incorrect styles or sizes in my orders but each time the customer service has been amazing and one of the biggest reasons I’ll continue to support and buy from B&H. Amazing company.

I’d like to leave an honest review here for B&H, we have received our first ever order from this brand today. My most favourite would have to be the jumper. It’s just extremely soft and the prices were so good. Took advantage on their recent $15 sale. Only the downside experience was the postage timeframe. I personally think a month waiting locally is a bit too much, I’m not sure if I bought something that was pre-order but nothing was indicated from the products. Anyhow, I really love the products we received. Looking forward to purchase more in the future.

Painful delivery experience
We ordered two Mother's Day preorder items with shipping dates of early and late April, but only received them in late May and early June. As far as we can work out, the problem wasn't with Australia Post, and we didn't receive an explanation from B&H. Of course, there were dsiclaimers everywhere that the preorder might not arrive when advertised, but what's the point in advertising products for Mother's Day if the shipping time means they are going to be over a month late? It would've been nice to be told what the issue was, or to even have been given a heads up in advance that the advertised delivery date was going to be overshot by a significant margin. If I was B&H I would've contacted affected customers and explained exactly what happened, taken responsibility, and offered something in return if it was seller's mistake, otherwise explained how processes would be changed to ensure it doesn't happen again. Unfortunately we won't be returning customers, which is a shame because the products are nice, but we don't feel like we were respected by B&H.
Edit: Just to respond to B&H below, yes I did get the 5 emails but as per my review, none of them indicated early on that the preorder (specifically advertised as a Mother's Day preorder) would not be shipping on the advertised dates. In fact the first email on April 8 said they would be getting one of the items in "soon" - I received this item almost exactly 2 months later. None of the emails provided any explanation as to why the items were so late, hence my review when I got the TrustPilot invite. I get B&H is a small business, and that many others seemed to have a good experience, but that wasn't the case here (and the gaslighting is a bit much).

Bender & Hazenut is my favourite…
Bender & Hazenut is my favourite children’s wear brand. It is hard to find good quality items these days, but every item I have received from B&H has been made of the most gorgeous, quality thick fabric. Not to mention how adorable they are! I can’t wait to order again. Thanks so much!
Terrible service, no items
Have been messed around for over a month to then only be offered a partial refund for Ruby's mistake. She sent 1 of 10 items, of which we didn't need without the rest of the order, she charged the full $10 postage for the 1 item and then didn't send anything else. Almost 2 months later, no replies, no sorry or communication, just a refund notification for a partial refund. VERY VERY disappointed as I've spent thousands if dollars here. Will not be recommending or purchasing from here again.

Absolutely beautiful products
Absolutely beautiful products. The zippies and jumpers are the softest I'mve ever come across and perfect for Melbourne winters.
I love the adorable details of every design, which is handrawn by the owner herself.
I had one issue trying to get sizing information for a product, but other than that their communication amd transparency has been really good. Many sales and collections are sold with a longer wait time but this is always advertised during the order process at multiple points so people know exactly what they're buying.
I love that they do regular sales or mystery items as I'm not in the position to have a wardrobe full of their products at full price. The difference in quality and durability compared to other brands is obvious though, and the higher price is warranted for the product received.
