Really love what Rubys created. I’ve always had great experiences- always transparent with shipping times when having a sale or mystery items which being a small business can take a few weeks to get through the 100’s of orders they must receive. The quality is next level and I love the designs

A part of our yearly traditions
For many years I’ve continued to purchase from this business for the beautiful, original hand drawn designs to the quality and the customer service that I’ve received. The sales are beyond generous and always a great opportunity to stock up in sizes. I especially love the mystery item sales. You’ll love dressing your little ones and yourself in these pieces. The seasonal range for Easter and Christmas is always what we buy for the kids for our Santa photos etc. Absolute best!

Communication needs to be better
Beautiful clothing, but terrible communication regarding postage times and shipping unfortunately. Does not reply to dm’s or emails. Multiple messages on social media posts of people chasing shipping details for their products. Longer shipping times are fine, but transparency and communication are key.

Hi Anna - I’ve replied to you and just resent again, admittedly our emails do go to junk a lot. You did actually purchase during the sale which was advertised very transparently to be shipping throughout the whole of May. We are always working on bettering ourselves and take your feedback on board but it is also up to customers to read the shipping dates prior to ordering. I was not able to locate the comments you mention sorry.

Received the email to review Bencer and Hazelnut but still haven't received my order. I always love anything I get from B and H just the postage is unreliable. it's not their fault Im sure. If you want your order quickly just be aware it can take weeks

Quality is great design of clothes are great. Can’t fault colour.
My only problem with Bencer and Hszelnut is I still have an outstanding order from January. Still waiting on items.
Order placed 6/1/2024.
I’ve received 1 item from a 7 item order total cost of $198.47.
Item Received 1 plated price $14.99.
With no information on balance of delivery.

Waiting 9 days and counting for a response to an email, after being told 4 days ago it would be looked into, and then 1 day ago it would be done that same day is beyond a joke. If you cant handle your work load you shouldnt be adding more to it. Extremely Unprofessional.

Missing items and poor customer service
I have previously ordered Christmas items from Bencer and Hazelnut and I loved the quality so much I ordered in their Boxing Day sale. They said shipping would begin from 30 January, which I was happy with. Shipping then took so long I had to follow up several times with the order FINALLY arriving on 9 March. Upon arrival, the package had been so terribly packed I immediately took a photo, as I suspected items were missing with the box open and feeling the weight of it. As expected, only 4 of my 12 items were delivered and I have been chasing up ever since. The customer service is pretty appalling and I just want this sorted. I am sick of following up to try and get my order, or at least a refund (which I don't actually want because I wanted all the items I ordered!). Please improve your customer service, your items are too lovely for customer service to be the downfall. I won't be ordering again.

This was clearly damaged in transit and not our doing. Im sorry it was a long transit to NZ and damaged on its way, we were doing our best to get these items replaced for you but will now refund.
