Cutest designs, amazing quality
Bencer and Hazelnut are some of the best quality clothes I’ve ever bought for my little one. I often manage to get them on sale.. always at great prices - an excuse to buy even more ;) u always stock up during sales and put stuff away for the years gifts.
In the event there’s been an issue, I’ve had great customer service and it’s always been resolved.
They’re genuinely the cutest clothes on the market.
The mugs, accessories etc are also amazing. Can’t go wrong with B&H.

Quiet disappointed in the service provided.
I ordered some items in a sale that was to be shipped after 30/1 which was fine!
Upon seeing others had all their orders shipped and I had not heard anything I reached out which was responded it would be shipped by the end of the week (27/2) I reached out again and asked for another update after 5 weeks of original shipment date and another week after they were all supposed to have been sent
In the sale email sent on the 20th, it states that it was advertised that it would take a few weeks to ship, but looking back, I cannot find this information so thats false advertisement.
I have been back onto your website and in the emails and none of these give a time frame of how long the shipping will be as stated on your emails, I feel as tho the communication from you guys regarding the delays has been very disappointing.
Your emails and website just state it will be shipped after - every other website I have had this with, it is shipped within a week.
Each time I send through an enquiry i am told it will be done shortly and it never is.
I have also had conversations with you on Facebook pages where you have told me 4 weeks ago that my order would be sent that week… but im still here waiting!
There have been so many other sales and everyone has recieved these items before mine which makes zero sense
I am just unsure as why you keep having sales if you cannot keep up with the sales orders that have already been placed. I feel like it should be first orders in, first out, when I am speaking with others who are recieving orders from a sale after when I placed my order.
It’s very disheartening to see that other orders such as the Valentines day orders have been shipped and my order that was place on 6/1/24 still has not even been packed let alone sent.
When I sent an email asking for an update, I was immediately refunded which I never asked for. So much for ‘all sale orders have been sent out’ which they clearly have not been.
I had to give a star but I would give zero if given the chance

Terrible customer service
Stumbled across this brand on Instagram, and made my first purchase. I’m honesty less than impressed on their customer service.
I purchased my items (6/1) which they advertised to be shipped after 30/1 (which is totally fine)
I emailed them mid February for an update, they said 1 item had been shipped and the other items are awaiting collection by Auspost. A few days later they made several posts on social media stating all sales items would be sent out by 27/2. A couples days later I reached out to them again, as I still haven’t received any emails regarding tracking or dispatch. The email response was the same response as I got 2 weeks prior. That 1 had been shipped and the others are awaiting collection…… if the first item had been sent (still no tracking was provided) wouldn’t I have received the item by now? and the other items have still not shipped, even though they said on social media that all sale orders have been sent out??
I have given them plenty of chances to respond, but they haven’t given me a straight answer, or my tracking number for the item the supposedly sent 2 weeks ago.
No, I do not want a refund. I just want my items

Poor customer service
Short supplied 4 products then continually done nothing about it despite much follow up finally gave a refund for only a part of what was missing. Terrible service!

Lack of communication
Still waiting on an order from the 25th November. Have emailed multiple times and was told there was a delay and was told it would be sent in January once they returned to normal shipping. Still waiting on my order whilst other people I know have ordered and received their items within a week.

Absolutely love the 3…however
Absolutely love love love the 3 garments I bought for my 23week old boy ( hearts bodysuit, sweetheart, little love). The design and colour are amazing. The material is nice , stretchy and thick. I had bought the 6-12months which just fits him now, keep in mind my boy who is in the 20-30th percentile for his height and weight, so essentially on the petite side.
I had hoped to get him to wear these over the next 6 months once he moves up a size. Upon trying them on him, they actually fit him now.
I’ve bought others from here including the sage green dad little mate 2023 edition, thinner material but truer to size. Dads little bug in beige, thicker material and runs small, mammas love bug in beige 2023 edition- thinner material runs true to size.
I’m not slandering or putting this label down, I’m just sad that I pay $40 a garment each time for the next size he moves Into & he’s lucky to wear it for the next month.
