Beautiful quality products and quick delivery but would have loved more sizes to be available, and option for returns would also be great for future purchases but all up a great shopping experience.

Hi Amy, Thanks so much for your review! We offer our bows in 3 sizes which take you from newborn to adult, not sure if this review is maybe for the other order though our clothing is available in 00000-10 for littles and then adults as well so we do cover all sizes. With regards to our returns, we dont offer them simply because having done so once upon a time and our customer base being mostly under 3, returns and exchanges would come back with food marks etc, very likely unintentional just hard to avoid with this age group and wasnt a feasible option for us to keep as a small business. Wrong item, no communication
I bought a Christmas stocking with an initial, but it was wrong and I’ve tried emailing multiple times to get it rectified but haven’t had a response. I know it’s a busy time, but it says 48hour response and it’s been weeks.

I was contacted only after posting this review. They told me they had tried texting me, but when I asked for proof they sent a screenshot of a text to my home phone number (what?!) that was timestamped from that day. They then said they would be sending the item express on the Monday, but sent it on the Thursday according to an email update. Sadly not shocked to say it has still not arrived and it’s hours from Christmas.
I saw a buy one get one free sale and would have purchased a lot, but steering clear of this company from now on.

Hi Rachael, as the text said "just saw your review, not sure if you are getting my emails so thought I'd text" yes it was time stamped that day - we hadnt tried this previously, nor did we suggest we had, it was simply due to your mention of no response. I then emailed you as well saying the phone number listed on your order isnt going through, it starts with +61 on your order so is not clear it is a home number, just appeared to be missing a number. The item was sent as we said & this info can be seen on the tracking, unfortunately this time of the year there is not alot we can do with post times. If you would prefer a refund just let us know. Quality items but experience not so great
I can't fault the quality of the items - it is phenomenal and overshadows a few other issues I've found with the brand. Sizing, style and quality are 10/10. I've stuck to this brand also as they are from my home town and a small business.
Where I can, I do avoid buying direct simply due to the delays/length of time it takes for things to arrive. It seems to take forever for Australia Post to process them - i dont know if it's a delay in them being collected/posted or simply Aus Post doing Aus Post things in the country. A stockist will generally have what I want and that bypasses the other issues I've faced.
I've also found email communication difficult - I received 2/3 items back in September with the 3rd item missing. There wasn't any communication about that fact, or that the 3rd piece would be sent later (which is what was going to happen). In fact it took me by surprise when the items first arrived as normally i get a tracking email. It took me about 6 weeks to get a response simply enquiring as to whether it was a split order or not, had there been an inadvertent miss of the 3rd item etc - the response i eventually got wasn't the most professional and referred to previous responses (there weren't any. Not even in spam), including that I had ticked a box agreeing to delivery in October. Which was fine - but when you get 2/3 in September and without any info on if the 3rd is coming you can understand my concern and confusion.
That 3rd item is now lost somewhere in the post - Australia Post have confirmed and told me to follow up with the seller. Yet to get an email response about whether B&H can assist but it was only sent 2 days ago.

With regards to not ordering from us directly, we did have an order from you the same day as this review so I am not sure what has happened there, it was shipped & collected as normal and looking at the tracking arrived in 3 days. Perhaps just miscommincation as we had spoken via email and I think general chat on insta as well I am not sure (could be guessing on handle there), I do apologise though!
