Absolutely beautiful quality, gorgeous designs and stands the test of kids and repeatedly being washed! Customer service is amazing and Ruby is always quick to reply and resolve any issues (only had one mixup with an order, and it was resolved no problem by Ruby) - I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.

I was looking for an “aesthetic” first Christmas outfit that wasn’t from your typical department store and came across B&H. I was blown away with the quality and how soft, buttery and thick the outfit was. Since then I have bought a second Christmas outfit and some easter items - this is now a tradition in our household and I will continue to purchase B&H each holiday for my daughters outfit. The quality is amazing and the sizing is generous so the clothing lasts. The matching family outfits are great if you want a more neutral match (these are the only matching outfits my husband has agreed to wear - and he thinks matching outfits are tacky!). Overall I would absolutely recommend B&H for the quality and design.

I have been buying from B&H for nearly 4 years now and the quality has remained consistently fantastic. They create the softest clothing, in some beautiful handmade designs. They are honestly the only “designer” brand I buy for my kids because they last despite rigorous trials through mud, dirt and playgrounds.

I love B&H!! They are amazing! All their clothes are the best and we have now got about 20 jumpers from them, not to mention blankets and tops etc. their customer service is amazing and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and any issues they 100% deal with professionally. I’ve always been happy with their clothing and service. The only thing is that I wish they had returns but I also understand that being a small business this is not possible cost wise. This has never bothered me but I’m putting it there for anyone that doesn’t realise this. I wish I’d found this brand sooner when my babies were big enough to wear the zip suits 😭 Thank you for being amazing B&H!! X

I love that the sizing is so generous my girl will be able to fit into these gorgeous clothes for so much longer than other competitors; plus dinosaur dresses for girls!!!! Ruby you have nailed it!

Brilliant quality on all their products. We are a family of four dad, mum and two little girls and we can all wear their products / match each other and look so stylish.
Social media presence is amazing, a brand that truly seems to care about their customers.

I have made nine (9) orders with Bencer & Hazelnut from 2021 to present. Their tshirts and onesies are truly buttery soft, I cannot even describe it. And the mugs are gorgeous, I am obsessed! The mugs are an excellent size, so lovely to hold, and are lasting well through daily use and daily dishwasher runs.

In 2022 I ordered a tshirt for my then 2yo. I received the correct size, but was sent the incorrect item. Swapping it for the shirt I ordered was no hassle at all for B&H.

The only two things I’d change for my personal preference is more colourful options – though this is not the typical B&H style, so it is what it is – and larger size range for adults. I would love to buy matching family outfits, but my partner has wide shoulders and needs a 2XL or 3XL depending on fit.

The thing we love most is Ruby. Her communication whilst juggling a business and 3 children is exceptional. She always goes above and beyond for her customers which is why we love Bencer and Hazelnut.

Literally the best brand! They have the cutest hand drawn designs combined with the softest buttery fabric. Love that they have matching mum/dad pieces so the whole family can enjoy.

Purchased for the first time last month and very impressed with the quality. I bought three jumpers, two for my daughter and one for myself. They are very soft and well made. They look like they will be much more durable that others I have bought at a similar price point.
Will definitely by buying more from this brand.

I have made numerous purchases from Bencer and Hazelnut over the past three years and have always been impressed with their buttery soft fabric, beautiful quality and gorgeous prints. Their Christmas release has become an annual tradition in our household and i’m sure this year will be no exception ❤️

Was advised that orders would be posted within 2-3 weeks. Item was posted express just before the 3 week mark. Tracking showed it was picked up but was never scanned again. I contacted Bencer and Hazelnut to investigate and heard no updates for a week. I contacted them again through PayPal 10 days after it was due to be delivered. They said they would look into it and refund if it could not be located. I contacted them again 4 days after that and they told me it was already refunded but I received no refund or no notification of that it was being refunded. I escalated to PayPal claims who advised that no refund had been initiated. Bencer and Hazelnut advised that the refund would not go through while there was an active claim but PayPal advised me that this was incorrect. I am aware of multiple other people who ordered at the same time as me who also have missing parcels. I contacted Australia Post and they advised that the shipments in this timeframe were being investigated as it was unusual for so many to be missing from the one seller
