Love the clothes . Quality is great and tailors to all sizes. Love the vibe and family business have been buying for years . I feel the admin side of things is disappointing. For such a large business its terrible communication and lack of response especially when im trying to enquire about a product

10/10 for quality clothing
Love the quality of the clothes they wash and wear so well especially considering the mess toddlers make im impressed. Since the love bug jumpers have had their sizing updated I would now say the clothes are true to size. My 2yr old wears size 2 and it fits perfectly. The only thing I have found to be frustrating at times is the shipping time to NZ, for instance ordering the Easter launch on launch day but it unfortunately did not arrive in time. However I continue to be a return customer due to the exceptional quality of the clothing and the beautiful original designs. Ruby sure is talented!

Thanks for your feedback, Chloe! Unfortunately shipping times are not within our control and that is why we upgrade all orders to express post to try and speed it up a little.
Our Easter collection was advertised to be a very close squeeze between arrival and release and due to production holidays but I do apologise they didn’t make it in time. Our love bug jumpers are still made to the same chart based on Australian standards, we just changed the shape to be less oversized but I’m glad you’re finding them a better fit- great feedback thank you. Also great they’re washing well for you, that’s exactly what we want! Thanks so much for sharing x

B&H bring joy with their items. It’s quality clothing with a difference. Our favourite is the Christmas release and alarms are set to not miss the sales. The recently mystery bundle sale was a big hit. I love that my children get to grow up with beautiful pieces that allow them to move in comfort.
