I had a stunning experience with Ollie from the st albans store! He made my experience such a joy, full of laughter and such a beautiful vibe! He couldn’t have done my eyebrows anymore perfect! They are beautiful and I absolutely love them. Even my boyfriend noticed how nice they were and you know how men can be… top guy! Would 100% recommend!! Wish he was based nearer! Thank you Ollie! Xx

I paid £18 for a wax in Liverpool John Lewis awful ! I had to tell the beautician like to guide her how to do it ! I could have gone to a local stand and have it done for £7 and better results ! They are just a rip off with no qualified staffs !

Gemma Has done another masterclass at Swansea, my eyebrows are perfect, If you are after perfect eyebrows I recommend Gemma.

Sam at benefit brow bar boots Manchester centre was amazing. I have patchy brows after they were overwaxed when I was a teenager. She spent lots of time making me feel comfortable and making my brows look amazing. I wanted to leave a tip but sadly she couldn't accept it. Definitely would recommend booking with Sam though if you're in the centre of Manchester

Jade at Boots Talbot Green did a fantastic job my brows. She was very friendly and professional and was very thorough. Would highly recommend and will be booking again.

I’ve just updated my review from a 1 to 4 star because Benefit did go the extra mile to make up for this eventually. Original issue is below, but after a few emails back and forth (and I did have to push back a little), the team did make it right. If only the communication could have been that way from the start rather than a ‘computer says no’ automated response, my experience would have been much better (mistakes happen, it’s how the brand deals with them that makes it breaks it). But thank you for sorting it Benefit.

I ordered a Christmas kit in the sale on 29th December. After waiting 2 weeks and nothing arriving, I contacted customer services, only to be told that my package has been lost by the courier. They asked me if I wanted a replacement and I confirmed. They confirmed they had put this request through to the warehouse. I chased on my replacement and was then told that the kit was out of stock so they would be refunding me. All the products in the kit are sold individually or part of other kits on the website, so they do have these products in their warehouse (I work in e-commerce, I know how this works). I’ve emailed them to request that they send me the products individually at their cost, so I will see how they respond. It is frustrating because I could have ordered elsewhere at the time I chose to order direct, but now the other offers are no longer available so I’m at risk of having no product or being out of pocket because of their poor logistics. I hope this can be fixed as it is hugely disappointing for such a bold brand.

Hannah on the Benefit Counter at Boots, Petty Cury in Cambridge was amazing! Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by her and she was so lovely and professional. Made such a difference to my look. Would highly recommend her and will be going back.

Hannah from the benefit brow bar Manchester boots, waxed my eyebrows, she did get in me in when she was busy which I appreciated, however she left me with a mother and child parking space in between my eye brows and has taken well too much off 🙄

Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by chloe at boots Preston. She took her time so it didn't feel rushed at all. I didn't feel a thing with the waxing part, which is a bonus. My brows definitely look 100% better so will definitely go back soon.

I had my makeup done in John Lewis Leeds by a lovely lady called Olivia, she did an amazing job and I felt so confident. The products were very high quality and I learnt loads. Would definitely recommend.

This is my second review for Benefit brow bar, the first was a glowing review for Katerina at Next, Watford. Unfortunately this time, it’s quite the opposite. The girls were 7 minutes late for my appointment, after me asking a few people what was happening. I got a flippant. “Sorry, didn’t know I had an appointment”. No brow mapping was done, only after care offered was concealer. Brows were ok but the whole experience really made me begrudge spending the £18.50. Until Katerina returns to Next. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I got my brows done by Rosie, at the Boots Princes Street branch in Edinburgh. She was fantastic- extremely friendly, listened to what I wanted and made sure my brows looked exactly like what I asked for.

Had a lovely experience with chloe in the Liverpool boots store she was only training there from Preston shop for few days she showed me how my eyebrows could look with proper mapping she certainly an asset to your company also her area manager think her name was jess both so lovely x Christine x

Amazing experience in Chichester boots , I was welcomed by Kristina who was so bubbly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed .
She talked me through mapping my brows , the colour tints and products. She was full of knowledge and even showed me how she uses the products on her brows .

Kristina chatted to me about things as the tint was on . Booking me in for my next appointment and writing down the tin colour .
Looking forward to having my brows done again

Came away from Glasgow Fort (boots) with a chunk out my brow and bleeding red marks from tweezing!! Furious is an an understatement! NEVER B BACK!!

As a regular user of the Boots Benefit Bar in Market St Manchester,yesterday Grace gave me the best service ever.She was very gentle with the tweezers & took time to remove every stray hair. Super Job Grace!!

Had my brows done by Heidi at the boots in Edinburgh St james. Great experience thank you. So important as I’ve recently had them re-done where I live in Hertfordshire and they are SO AWFUL I have to now get them microbladed. Go to places that have been recommended 😭
