My daughter got a brow wax and tint on Saturday afternoon at the Benefit concession in Boots Metrocentre Gateshead. The lady who did the treatment was brilliant, very chatty, spoke to myself as well as my daughter, put my daughter at ease and explained everything she was doing through the treatment, my daughter really enjoyed the experience and had perfect brows at the end of it. I did not get her name but I do know she is moving to your branch in Flannels Metro Centre this week and we will be following her to that branch.

This is the 2nd time having a brow wax and tint at the Benefit counter, Fosse Park by Zoe and I wasn’t disappointed. Love my brows. She is amazing at her job, the care, time and advice she gives, and such a lovely girl, so friendly and helpful, a credit to the company. Already booked my next appt. with her.

The benefit assistant Ela is a fantastic beautician! My daughter gets her eyebrows waxed and tinted every 5 weeks! She is enjoying growing them back with the help of Ela! It has give her a confidence boost in the way she looks! Highly recommend Ela at benefit brow bar! Boots Blackpool. 😍

Really disappointed with my local benefit brow bar, I wanted my eye brows done for the weekend but required a patch test but none of the girls that were working that day could do one which I’m not sure why surely all staff should be trained to perform a patch test? Anyway left without getting one done which meant been unable to have my eye brows done so they lost out on 50 quid having them done elsewhere but was a journey

Molly did a fantastic job on my brows, and she made sure to explain everything , she made the experience very comfortable, overall it was very good

Anna from the Benefit in John Lewis in the Trafford Centre is the best! I've been going to her for about a year now, she always makes me feel comfortable and confident and we have such a laugh! Absolutely life changing eyebrow service Selfridges Birmingham, I was going to these walk in eyebrow shops and they just ruined my eyebrows 1 curved brow I straight brow totally did not match but Benefit over few appointments have put my eyebrows right absolutely Amazing I take my 13 year old daughter here too .

I had an amazing experience with my brows which are very sparse, a very personable, helpful member of Benefit staff whose name is Beth helped me work out what to do with my brows,she made me feel comfortable, spoke about what I should do with my brows for my daughters wedding, brilliant advice and a professional experience. I regularly go to John Lewis Benefit brow bar in Edinburgh . Vikki is so friendly, easy to chat to and does an amazing job with my brow shape tint and wax . As an older woman, the difference getting brows tinted,is astonishing, it is like a mini face lift . Highly recommend Vikki and definitely recommend getting brows done

My daughter and I have just had our brows done in boots spytty Newport…wow such a lovely girl called Emma done them! For something that is normally a chore became a fab experience! I suffer with hearing difficulties and she honestly made me feel so relaxed..we had Lots of laughs and giggles! …..but most importantly she was a perfectionist!
