Benefit Loughton

I’ve written a review before some time ago about Benefit Loughton, but felt it was time to update it.

I’ve been having my brows done there for years now and can’t recommend the service there enough.

My brows always look amazing, no matter who does them. Sabrina has done my eyebrows for a few months and I can honestly say they’ve never looked better.

I recommend Benefit brow services to anyone. I also recommend all the staff at Benefit Loughton. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and oh so good at what they do.

Iona gave me such a lovely brow was today at Boots in TC. She had a professional consultation with me where she mapped out my ideal brow shape and then took care to listen to what I asked for. Did a wonderful job and really friendly too.

Great experience with Carissa today, a brief moment of calm in a busy day.

A massive thank you to Alka at the John Lewis Benefit store!!! I got greeted with great customer service and loads of laughter. She completed an eye brow tint for me which was done PERFECTLY!! I couldn’t be more happier. I will definitely be coming back thanks to her! I left feeling amazing and beautiful, just what every woman needs!

Excellent service from Debenhams although I'm disappointed by Benefit Cosmetics - the gift pack said it contained a full size Bene rose tint but when I received it ( it was a gift pack along with a cheek powder ) it was 6ml not 10ml. Upon researching it they refer to the full size now as the 'original' . It's false advertising in my opinion & not a good marketing ploy as it leads to disappointment, especially when it's a requested gift

I had my brows waxed and tinted. Having one previous experience elsewhere that wasn’t a good outcome, I was somewhat anxious. However Abbie at Benefit in the Next store in Meadowhall, Sheffield was brilliant. Super friendly and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and gave advice too. The result was great and I’ll be returning again. Thanks Abbie.

Had my brows done a few times at Boots, Metrocentre and they have always been fine. Had a brow wax and tint today and my brows have been massacred- asked for them to be kept as thick as possible and they look like I’m embracing the 90’s. I will never use their service again and at £27 it is certainly not cheap. Gutted

My daughter got a brow wax and tint on Saturday afternoon at the Benefit concession in Boots Metrocentre Gateshead. The lady who did the treatment was brilliant, very chatty, spoke to myself as well as my daughter, put my daughter at ease and explained everything she was doing through the treatment, my daughter really enjoyed the experience and had perfect brows at the end of it. I did not get her name but I do know she is moving to your branch in Flannels Metro Centre this week and we will be following her to that branch.
