Placed an order on the 26th via their website.
They generated a shipping label straight away as so many company’s do but it’s now the 3rd and the shipping company still have not received the order.
Edit- Still not arrived and is now the 6th.
Only had one generic email from benefit starting their shipping times which are 2-4 days. Currently at 7 working days (9 actyy it so days)

I booked a brow wax for this afternoon as I’m going back to school and wanted to get them done and drove on very icy roads to get there and for them to say that they aren’t taking appointments till the 17th of jan and failed to mention this on their website and also have people working there who aren’t even trained in brows very bad behaviour on their end

Fantastic brow tint/wax by Madison at Sephera Bluewater. The loveliest lady so attentive and took time to explain everything and left me with amazing brows! Also had a lip/chin wax which was perfect. Would highly recommend. Thank you Madison x

Brow Bar with Kubra for a brow wax and tint. What a lovely professional and friendly young lady. Great chat with Miss K who gave me loads of advice and shaped and tinted my brows beautifully. I’m two weeks in from my treatment and my brows are still like new and the tint is holding perfectly. Re-booking at Benefit White City soon and taking Mum for her own brow magic can’t wait! I have used this service twice before and been really happy with the service offered which is why I made a third appointment. I booked my appointment a week in advance and then received numerous reminders about the appointment. On the day, I travelled half an hour and arrived a little bit early to be told that there was nobody on the Benefit counter and there was never going to be anybody that day. At no point since having made the appointment was I told this.
What a total and utter waste of time. Really rubbish customer service.

Turned up without an appointment and Heather looked after me in an excellent way. She listened very carefully to me, made very clear suggestions and advice, with the end result being that I walked out feeling great. First time in far too long that I was so pleased with my brows

Honestly the BEST experience I have ever had. Harry is so talented and passionate and my brows have never looked so fabulous. Absolutely LOVED his advices, his kindness and his sense of humor. I was lucky to have a spot without booking. I wanted a brow wax but came out all glam and in the best mood. Thank you for making my day!

So efficient, friendly and supportive. In fact a gem. My experience has generally been ok to good with Benefit but Harry (at Covent Garden, Shorts Gardens) was the best by far anywhere, a real professional: skilled and kind, fun and informative and he made it all a very positive efficient experience,very much the best result (AND experience,) i’ve had so far anywhere else.
The whole team were welcoming, positive and helpful, so a great atmosphere, I will be returning here in future and regularly.

Benefit cosmetics Nugent centre Orpington (in Boots) I recently had a consultation with Maisie in the store. I had a brow wax and tint plus a consultation on Benefit products specific to my needs. The consultant was exceptional in her knowledge and I felt that despite being 57, my skincare and eye routine has really improved my wellbeing and noticeably made a difference to my self esteem since. I hadn’t used Benefit products before and certainly never felt comfortable having an in store consultation, but definitely would go back and do so again in this store so thank you to the consultant, when I arrived at the store another customer was being served and she said to me that Maisie was wonderful and that I would be really happy with the results - I was!!

Benefit brow bar, Bath, Southgate. Alexandra is amazing. Not only transformed my brows but all round make up advice. On my first visit I came away with products that are now my favourites. Every time I go back I find something new and the Benefit products are excellent.

I went to the Benefit Bar in the Boots Queens St branch in Cardiff. Seren shaped and tinted my eyebrows to perfection. As an added bonus I greatly enjoyed our chat about our shared interest in musical theatre. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Rebecca in Croydon branch is very gentle and considerate when she was doing my eyebrow wax. She also shared lots of knowledge of the facial products that I didn’t know before. She’s so kind and experienced!

I made a spontaneous booking for a brow makeover and randomly selected Liv. She is super friendly and professional and explained the recommended treatment of brow wax. I was a bit reluctant thinking it would be painful but it was fine. She made my unloved brows look amazing and I no longer have brow shame! I will definitely keep up with my beautiful brows, thanks Liv.
