Unable to buy curry’s gift card

Trying to buy a curry’s gift card, order successful on Benefithub but immediately get email from Runa.io saying order failed. No details of why order failed, both Benefithub and Runa.io have no existent customer service.

Review of My Recent BenefitHub Experience

I recently used BenefitHub and had an outstanding experience! The information I received was clear, specific to my needs, and helped me find the best rates and coverage available. My assigned service representative was incredibly helpful — she went above and beyond to locate additional coverage options at affordable prices.

I especially appreciated how she explained expectations and outlined all action items in advance. Her guidance helped ensure there would be no misunderstandings or unexpected costs, and she communicated quickly and effectively with my mortgage company to keep everything on track.

Overall, the service was professional, thorough, and genuinely supportive. I’m very pleased with my experience and highly recommend BenefitHub.

Issues with purchasing Apple gift vouchers

Issues with purchasing Apple Gift Cards with BenefitHub Uk

I have a Unum Help@Hand policy with my work. When I login with this policy it takes me to a SquareHealth login page. When logged in I then clicked-on "Savings and Discounts" and it takes you to the Benefit UK hub.

Here you can select Apple Gift Cards - 3% discount. So I attempted to buy 3 vouchers. Order is verfied by my credit card company and then an order successful is shown on the BenefitHub screen & an email. A few seconds later a "Offer failed" email is sent, with a full refund. The company they used for payments is Runa.

Telephone support via USA. Told to use email

Eventually got a resonse via email. Tried multiple things but still "Offer failed."

In short:
1) You have to login using the mobile Help@Hand mobile app - no actual website.
2) Login process is a pain - any problems, you will be locked out & you have to change your password.
3) The credit card handling with Runa is faulty & does not work. At least they immediately give a refund.
4) Customer support takes ages and is generally useless.

Will get gift cards from somewhere else.
