a recent bad experience buying a simple…

a recent bad experience buying a simple department store voucher through benefit hub whereby benefit hub kept a 4 figure amount of money and gave no voucher or explanation has put me off using this company-USERS BEWARE, the lack of communication, providing an explanation of went wrong is something this company urgently needs to improve on.

I am kicking myself for not using this…

I am kicking myself for not using this sooner and not getting the savings they just got me! They were friendly, prompt, professional and saved me literally thousands in insurance premiums. Definitely worth a few minutes on the phone to find major savings.

SATISFIED-I RECOMMEND-GOOD SERVICE

They do all the research for my insurance needs. I always get a reasonable rate. I used to dread looking insurance rates but BenefitHub makes it easy. Thank you very much especially to Fernando Santayana and Brien O'Brien because good service is hard to find.

Meagan Fogg Was amazing!!!

Meagan Fogg Was amazing.
She took the time to go over several options for car insurance and ultimately we saved $800 per year.
She never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable if I didn’t know the answer to a question.

In this day and age automated customer…

In this day and age automated customer service chatbots, it was a pleasant surprise that BH has human representatives. And my rep was Phinaes. He was simply amazing. I have engaged him for 3-4 of my requests related to my travels. With each one he took the time to listen closely to what I wanted and executed it with precision, accuracy and speed. He also followed up via a emsil, phone call and text. After this experience I now feel so spoiled.

Thank you Phinaes. Great job!!

Kudos, BH for hiring such excellent people like Phinaes. He is a great asset to BH.

I unsubscribed from Benefithub over a…

I unsubscribed from Benefithub over a year ago but continue to receive emails constantly. I have contacted them and on multiple occasions be told this is now resolved. Yet this month alone 4 more emails. This is a major breach of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and I will now be reporting them to the ICO.

Update 31.10.2025 the email BenefitHub are bombarding is under my name but a different provider. I have sent multiple screenshots and copies of emails to benefithub and they still say either they can’t find me or I have been removed. This has all been sent to the ico as I’m fed up of months of trying to get them to resolve this. I am also aware I am not the only person experiencing this.

BenefitHub also requested my mobile number as part of responding to this let me think No how can I possibly trust you with anymore of my information

Survey was political.

BenefitHub just pushed out a survey which I took. It was clearly political and should NEVER have appeared in a work related application. Questions were all focused on the economy and phrased in such a way as to demonstrate bias. In my opinion, companies should think long and hard before utilizing BenefitHub especially if contact information is going to be used to push politics.

Amazing experience with benefits club because of North

I’d like to thank North from your department. She was absolutely amazing. She reached out to me, asked about my plans, listened to me, understood my concerns and issues, would update and respond quickly to me in a great timely manner, and helped me figure it out solutions.

I really believe that she went above and beyond. She’s professionally with such a kind heart, great positive attitude, and her communication skills are outstanding that made me have a first impression experience.

She was absolutely brilliant and I could tell she really enjoys what she does for people.
