Slava Ukraini! B&J supports Russia. FU!

A server tried to indoctrinate me about B&J owner’s opinion that the illegal occupation and murder of Ukrainians is none of America’s business. Apparently the high schooler (and owner!) haven’t paid attention to their European history lessons and have no idea what’s at stake. I won’t step into another B&J’s until they get themselves straight and apologize to the Ukrainian people!

B&J Salted Caramel Almond is not good! Not enough salted caramel, tasteless chocolate, bland vanilla ice-cream. Do better!

it has amazing ice cream and my favourite is chocolate fudge but the vegan chocolate ice cream almost made me throw up

I loved Ben and Jerry’s ice cream, I love the fact that they have a large variety of flavours and my favourite one is probably cookie dough.

you see. i am a true lover of ben and jerrys ice cream. before several minutes ago there wasn’t one flavour that i had the joy of indulging into that i didn’t thoroughly enjoy. ben and jerrys has always been my go to ice cream. feeling down? ben and jerry’s. feeling peckish? ben and jerrys. there isn’t one scenario where ben and jerrys isn’t the solution. but this all changed moments ago. i had recently purchased the cookie vermont-ster tub and was truly disappointed. the first layer really teased my taste buds and i was thrilled to dive in especially since it’s new year’s eve and i felt like a treat. after the top layer was consumed i was left with what felt like a bottomless tub of just vanilla. once j finally got to something that wasn’t just vanilla i was left speechless. the confusing coconut texture yet the minty taste left me baffled since there was nowhere that said they had coconut or mint in. now i’m not a mint lover so this threw me off. i tried to see past this odd flavour and texture but i just couldn’t. ben and jerry it seems you’ve really let yourselves go. as a lover for your ice cream im hurt. this is the first time and i hope it be the last that i’m truly disappointed in the results of that tub of your ice cream. please remove this flavour from all stores as for i feel like people may see the same views that i have. please don’t let it happen again. i’ll be hoping the next flavour is more enjoyable.

I have neen a long time customer. Sorry to say the quality of the ice cream has declined exponentially. The ice cream is..well... not creamy anymore. I tried buying from other stores thinking perhaps it was there too long..sadly the consensus is...it is bad. I assume overproduction has caused the decline in quality. I will go to another brand for my binge tv watching going forward. Do better Ben and Jerry's. Paying $8 for a mini tub of ice cream I expect it to be good. One tub of toffee flavor barely had any ice cream at all....other flavors don't have flavor..my reg go to's are just sad. Also...they don't melt...i had my last one out for over an hour and while one would think it would be soupy it was still hard in the middle...like water melts when it is frozen...the way the flavors are tasteless I assume there is alot of water and sub par cream or milk.

Dairy free is nice but what about those of us who are also gluten free? Literally every dairy free ice cream flavor I see from y’all in stores, it’s filled with gluten. A little more inclusivity would be nice

Ben and Jerry’s Chocolate Fudge Brownie, purchased from 3 different stores, the brownie always disintegrates into powder. Would not recommend this flavour.

there was no bleeping brownie bits in my chocolate fudge brownie ice cream. i'm proper fuming and if this happens again i will not hear the end of it

First time I ever tried Ben and Jerry's ice cream and I didn't like it .It was to salty it was the peanut butter and pretzel one gave me a upset stomach and made me feel like crap for the next day or two

I have been a Ben & Jerry’s fan for decades. I have always supported and applauded their focus on the environment and financial support of it! Their ice cream used to truly be luxurious and the absolute best! However it’s obvious that the recipes have changed and cut to save money! The past 1/2 dozen times I have purchased Chubby Hubby (always been my favorite), it has been a huge disappointment! The last batch was so bad in fact I took a photo of the bottom of the package w/ the serial number to hopefully pinpoint the problem. Although I am sure that my efforts here will be pointless. Large corporations now only care about profits and the bottom line! The (serial # Oct212023 BJ1 5095 07:48 84164937). I rarely use this word to describe food unless warranted, but it was actually gross! I couldn’t even finish the carton and threw it away! It tasted like frozen skim milk mixed with sugar water. Absolutely no flavor and no peanut butter swirls! And way too many fake chocolate covered pretzels as fillers! There has been absolutely no peanut butter swirl in any of the past 6 cartons I’ve purchased over the past year. I would even venture to say that over the past decade, the ingredients have been slowly cheapened and the peanut butter swirl in Chubby Hubby has been been very hit or miss. This also seems to coincide with the company being purchased by Unilver many years ago. Unilever is also the same company who bought Breyer’s Ice Cream back in 1993 from Kraft! They ruined that brand as well. Breyer’s used to advertise that their only base ingredients were milk, sugar and cream! And you could definitely taste it! It was wonderful back then. They are also systematically ruining the once great Ben & Jerry’s brand as well! I’m more than disgusted with these overseas companies buying up and ruining once great American brands. I bought my last 1/2 gal. of Breyer’s 20 years ago and last week I purchased my last pint of Ben & Jerry’s. It’s important for consumers to actually read the ingredients and how the product is advertised, being actual ice cream or frozen dessert. All of my ice cream purchases now are being done with the few remaining family owned ice cream makers local to the East Coast mid-Atlantic States.

I bought the cake one but didn't expect cake inside so I didn't eat it but then I got really high one day and ate it all and did enjoy it 4/5
