Benson & Bingham was solid from the start. Shaken up from the car accident, I went in to the office and Ana at the front desk was so nice and comforting. She explained to me what the next steps are .
During my claim Bernadette always kept me in the loop what was going on , and if in ten days passed - she would still call or email and let me know the status even if nothing has changed. I feel like they treated me as if they were the injured and in a accident .. All my Dr appointments were handled in a professional manner and fought to get me the highest amount at the end.. I got into a car accident in early March. I got in contact with Ben and immediately set up a meeting with him for the next day. During that meeting he explained the whole process of a car accident claim and I signed on. My case manager Bernadette also got in contact with me within the first 24 hours. She was amazing throughout the whole process and always responded to any questions I had quickly. We were able to get my accident settled within just a few months.
