I was involved in an accident in September 2019 which totaled my car and left me sore and bruised more than I realized. I contacted Benson & Bingham and was connected with Lina Sadovnikaite. I met with Lina and immediately liked her. From the day we met and moving forward she was attentive, on top of my case and always kept in touch to let me know what was going on and where everything stood. Lina was not only attentive to the case but always checking up on me personally to see how my progress was and if I was doing better with my aftercare. Her assistant Bernadette Lazar was also very thorough in keeping in touch and following up on any paperwork that needed to be gathered and both were easy to reach if I had any questions or concerns. I can’t say enough how satisfied I was with the caring and kind approach that Lina brought to my case and that Bernadette continues to show through her texting me to ask me how I’m doing. Lina also finalized my case beyond my expectations. Far beyond. I can’t thank her enough!! Thank you to you Lina Sadovnikaite, Bernadette Lazar and Benson & Bingham for making things whole again! Dana and Bernadette in the Summerlin office were extremely helpful in my case. I was rear ended after barely turning 18 and had to learn how to deal with an accident by myself right away. They were very nice and explained everything I needed to do for my case and gave me updates for any new information they had. Ms. Bernadette Lazar, handle my case, she is a very patient and sincere person that really cared about her clients. She will call or text me to give me an update on what's going on with my case every one to two weeks.
