A very satisfied customer
The Delivery Men went above & beyond when delivering my new mattress. My bed frame had some loose bolts that needed tightening up & they wasted no time in doing this for me. What a difference!
I’ve now had 4 nights sleep on my new mattress & it’s just so comfortable!

Bensons beds were polite and friendly and took the time to listen to any questions I had, came with me to look over the bed with me and show me anything I wasn’t sure about … I was looking for an Ottoman and they were very clear about what I would need, measurements, weights … without being over bearing with the “sales talk!”

Scott answered all of our questions. Full of knowledge regarding bed frames and mattresses. Could've been any more helpful. Gave us plenty time to make sure we were happy with what we were going to purchase.
Top marks, this is the second time in the last couple of months that I have made purchases from the union square branch in Aberdeen and both time have had excellent customer service.

I went to the Union Square
I went to the Union Square, Aberdeen branch of Bensons for Beds to look at a bed I had seen online. Lovely store room and really friendly, helpful staff. Scott showed me the bed I was interested in and then he processed my order, with ease, making sure I had all the necessary information, extras and complimentary bed care products. I would recommend this store for the outstanding customer service I received.

Great choice of Beds
My new bed will not be delivered until 20 August 25. I cannot rate on quality until I receive the bed. Marion online was very friendly and knowledgeable. I do feel that I have made the right decision by choosing Benson Beds.

Super friendly staff
Nina was amazing. friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She answered all my blithering questions, cleared every confusion and it was nothing short of a perfect customer service experience, 10/10 for me. Would defo recommend.
P.S All that and the cherry on top? She had such a lovely cheerful disposition, what a rarity these days.

Great knowledge in the products
Went into store and Scott was amazing, he listened to what we needed and explained what may work and then got us to try mattresses. He wasn't trying to sell one brand only like other stores and gave us all the information to make our choice. So ordered a bed and mattress and can't wait for it to arrive.
