Delivered gaming bed with no tv then delivered this a week later and fitter said it was faulty but B4B are saying they are not liable and to claim from fitter (who I got from them) but hd is saying it was delivered faulty.

Jack was first class, there to offer his knowledge and experience but gave you enough space to view the range.

A store colleague was most helpful showing me different beds and firmness of mattress.
When I purchased he fully explained the breakdown of invoice which I found most useful when looking at my invoice later.

My husband asked me to pick up a mattress from our local Bensons. He had looked online and picked a mattress. I paid in store and brought it home when my husband noticed I had paid an additional £100.Apparently this is because the price online is not the same price in store. The mattress was a roll up so we could take it away. We also have photos of the price in store, and I still paid £100 more . Customer service no help

We had an unplanned visit to the Altrincham store, saw a bed we liked for a third child and inquired about our options for price/headboard etc. We received help from a fairly new starter, and was very pleasant. We didn't feel pressured, she was able to answer the questions we had and we ended up ordering the bed. Very helpful and will use again

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jonathan who I informed of my requirements. He explained every aspect of the bed I was after as well as showing me comparisons. He was friendly and very experienced with his knowledge and made my whole visit and purchase a pleasure and fun.
I happily await the arrival of my new bed!

Absolutely terrible customer service after-care I’ve purchased a bed back in 2019 a Sealy super king with a 10 year warranty. I have a massive issue with the hydraulics not working as they should and also would that is coming out at the back of the base near the headboard Inside the bed with staples showing Which is a danger Of anyone going in the bed. I’ve contacted Customer Services . They have sent a technician out from emira He was absolutely disgraceful. No manage to take his shoes off coming in the property. Did it even know that he was here to look at the divan part of the bed He brought in a bag to look at the mattress. Really poor poor after-care with you having a 10 year warranty and staples are getting invisible in the bed weakening where the headboard is because it’s a super king headboard they’ve said the wrong tests that this bed withholds For 10 years or more, it’s obviously not doing his job and they are not taking any liability for a manufacturing fault. The same pieces on the super king bed is also happening on my son‘s Sealy double bed which is exactly same bed with exactly the same problem but to the technician and to Customer Services this isn’t a manufacturing fault. I would encourage everybody who are buying from Bensons Be mindful. After my chat with Customer Services, I rang one of the Benson stores for some further help the managers and the staff All agreed after seeing pictures of my beds That this is definitely a manufacturing fault, but Customer Services have done their heels in really hard and I’m not budging to sort this issue out for me after having the bed for five years. The technician came into my house and said if it was less than five years, I would’ve put this through. I would’ve got this for you. That was a customer when I seen the report saying it was all accidental damage of the hydraulics not working of the wood piece is coming out the managing one of the stores have said Not one bed in the stores have got any wood pieces coming out of it and they are getting used every day the hydraulics the wood pieces everybody is jumping on these beds all day looking at them for display purposes but the staff said that one of their beds have got wood coming out like this but Customer Services don’t want to take the liability of this saying it manufacturer don’t buy from Benson‘s cause the after-care is absolutely disgraceful. They’re talking to you also disgustingly rude when I said I want to take this matter further and complain just a manager got on the phone number is a repeating what her colleague said didn’t take my issue further.

We liked a mattress and the advisor who helped us was very knowledgeable and showed us alternatives and other ideas. It was a very easy and enjoyable experience in store.
