He took his time with us explained everything in detail let us try every single bed.He never rushed us.
Such a polite gentleman.

Tom was a really helpful sales person he has helped me before and even remembered what my last purchase was.

Met with smile and attention given from tech machine through to trying out several mattresses to suit my needs. This resulted in a purchase and look forward to receiving it and noted all the information if any problems should occur.

Knowledeable sales assistant, Tom, who could answer questions but also knew when to stop and let us look. This made choosing easier as we gave him the criteria and he showed us 4 options to consider. Much more time efficient and totally suitable for us.

Delivery service & Staff

Stewart at the Maidstone branch was excellent. He explained the different types of mattresses in a way which helped me quickly narrow down my options. I would strongly recommend him.

very good levels of service from buying to delivery nothing can be faulted, everyone was very friendly and all knew there jobs, very polite.

The Service we received at the Aylesford store was very good, and the advice regarding the spilt head board was very useful.
The delivery went smoothly and the delivery men were excellent.

We initially came in from a bedroom fitting company to measure a couple of beds to make sure they would fit our bedroom.
Tailie was very helpful and showed us a variety of beds with and without headboards to help us, even though there was no guarantees we would return.
She was so helpful in fact we returned straight after we finished and bought a bed!
Again, Tailie showed us a variety of different fabrics and colours to help us match our colour scheme. Would definitely recommend

Very good customer service

Mattress was expensive, I've gone over my 40 days due to prior commitments, Mattress is supposed to be soft? It's not it's like sleeping on a board,it's a gel Mattress which we rotate every week, still hasn't made a difference 😒, I've got back issues and this has made it worse, wish I never bought it, old Mattress was better

Going into Bensons itself, the lady was very helpful, we had a laugh in there as the banter she had with one of her staff! Then the information she gave us was very helpful. Then I got the Email earlier than expected as to when the mattress was going to be delivered, which was great as it gave abit more time to arrange someone to be in when the mattress was going to be delivered! The guy rang about 40mins before and they arrived around the time they said. They were polite took there shoes off at the door, went upstairs changed mattresses and was down and finished within about 10mins. Would I use Bensons beds again? Yes absolutely great service from the start right up until delivery! Keep up the great work!

We went to Bensons for Beds in Aylesford, Kent, looking to buy a new mattress. The bed specialist was Stewart Edwards, and from the first moment he was informative, polite and very attentive.
