Mattress hunting.
We went to the mayflower retail park Benson for beds. Had been looking around but couldn't really test the mattresses out. At Benson for beds we were allowed to try out as many mattresses as we wanted. We wasn't pressured and when we did finally choose one the lovely sales guy made sure we were happy with our choice before proceeding with the sale.All
The staff were brilliant. Professional but so friendly, we even shared some biscuits while our order was being finalised. Great experience all round.

I believe the lady was called Rachel she was extremely informative and helped with our selection from start to finish. Her knowledge was superb and her service she provided was second to none and ultimately apart from the products being superb the reason for us purchasing the items and placing the order.
I will recommend any friends or family to ask for her if they attend the Basildon store.

we should buy a new bed more often!
Once again Rachel was able to quickly assess exactly what we were looking for. She was attentive and was able to locate the exact mattresses that would suit my daughter very very quickly. Even the finance options and arranging the finance was easy. My daughter came away from it saying gosh we should buy a new bed more often!

I ordered the igel mattress online as they were doing promotional of 25% off at the time, mattress is lovely, but the delivery service let it down, my house is on three floors and I needed the mattress to go on the top floor and when the delivery men came they asked me where’s the mattress going and I said top floor please, and they rolled their eyes and started laughing to one another, which I said why are you laughing and they completely ignored me, they then proceeded to start taking the mattress up the stairs and then proceeded to make excuses why they couldn’t get up in the end due to me feeling uncomfortable I informed them to leave the mattress in the hallway, my dad and husband managed to get the mattress up there absolutely fine just the delivery men couldn’t be bothered which is not good when bensons for bed advertise to a room of your choice
