It has been 12 years since we bought a new mattress and had no idea about the benefits of the latest technology involved. The branch manager at the Bedford store, Maz, was extremely knowledgeable and was an immense help in choosing the right mattresses for us. We were going to check out other bedding stores but due to his friendly demeanour decided there and then to purchase two mattresses.

Slumberland Extra Firm mattress is good as you don’t roll in to each and doesn’t get lumps or bumps.

Not happy as product purchased is always damaged on arrival or is faulty and then trying to get resolved I have to go through hoops on the call line and I am being asked to try and manage myself when lights are not working by the help desk
