Service was smart efficient and helpful

My wife and I visited the Biggleswade store to buy a complete bed set. What a charming gentleman served us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took all the time we needed without rushing us. We are looking forward to receiving our bed in four weeks time. If the delivery and assembly people are as good we shall be delighted.

We visited the branch just to enquire on delivery times for a specific mattress we wanted. Was told it was actually in stock and we could hold it if we left a deposit. First class service.

Went to Biggleswade branch today and found Sultan to be very helpful. He gave us advice, and showed us a few options of mattresses which matched our criteria. We have chosen a matress that was very comfortable and cooling. Added bonus there was an offer of free gel pillows as well. Win win

Helpful customer service and advice regarding purchasing of a mattress

Unfortunately, my bed frame broke after nearly 2 years, although with protection it was covered and customer services sorted out for me to get a new one. Whilst it was handled by customer services, I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Mumin at the Biggleswade store for his excellent personal customer service. He took over sorting out the finer details and made it so easy for me, preventing me from having to send more emails back and forth or make more phonecalls. Personal customer service at it's finest!! Thankyou so much Mumin!! 😊

Mohamed was extremely helpful and very patient with myself, my elderly parents, and also managed to involve my 12 year old too which was great because the mattress was for her.

Mohamed Hanif was very friendly, helpful and knew which mattress would suit my 77 year old mum.
He showed her various alternatives at different price ranges to demonstrate why paying more for the Eve hybrid mattress was the best one for her.

Myself and my husband recently purchased a new mattress from the Biggleswade store and was so pleased with the customer service we recieved from Sultan. He listened to what problems I was having sleeping because of my back issues and instantly was able to guide us to a few types of mattresses that he felt would be the most suitable. He gave us time and space to try out and discuss our opinions. There was no time restraints or pressuring us which was so appreciated as for us it was not only a major health issue purchase but a big financial one also. We will definitely be using bensons for beds at Biggleswade again for any future bedroom furniture purchases and will be recommending to our family and friends.
