Bensons For Beds - Biggleswade Reviews 

We recently bought a mattress from Bensons for Beds. The sales staff were friendly and not overly pushy but the service and delivery were excellent. Communication on the expected delivery was excellent, the tracking of the delivery driver worked a treat and the mattress was brought in our tricky corners with ease by the two delivery men. Overall, excellent service, good price and wonderful mattress.

I was served by Mohammed Hanif. He was extremely helpful and showed me the mattresses that would be most suitable for me. I chose a mattress, which will be delivered after Christmas. Mohammed was very professional, with a friendly manner. He was very thorough in explaining about the pricing to me and I looked forward to receiving the mattress.

The staff member asked what type of mattress we wanted and took us to see the suitable ones in the budget we had given.we ended up almost doubling the budget but feel it will be a worth while investment. The delivery guys just threw the mattresses on the bed and said cheerio. When I asked why they hadn’t taken the mattresses out of there plastic protective covers and zipped them together, they replied that we hadn’t paid for assembly. We paid £3000 for a mattress that they couldn’t even unpack and zip up!!!!They also asked do I need to take my shoes off going onto the carpeted stairs and landing “ surely they should have known better “ let’s see how the sleep goes as not impressed up to now.
