Everything explained very well and good friendly service

Great customer service from Mohammed at the Biggleswade store.

I was served by Mohammed Hanif. He was extremely helpful and showed me the mattresses that would be most suitable for me. I chose a mattress, which will be delivered after Christmas. Mohammed was very professional, with a friendly manner. He was very thorough in explaining about the pricing to me and I looked forward to receiving the mattress.

The guy that showed us around and was talking to us was amazing really helpful and understood what we needed havnt seen that level of customer service before

We dealt with Mohammed. He showed us several mattress options and explained the pros of each one, explaining everything in detail. Absolute delight to talk to.

The staff member asked what type of mattress we wanted and took us to see the suitable ones in the budget we had given.we ended up almost doubling the budget but feel it will be a worth while investment. We did not feel pressured by the staff member to spend more.he was knowledgeable of the items we chose and helped us make an informed choice.he was friendly and approachable.

The delivery guys just threw the mattresses on the bed and said cheerio. When I asked why they hadn’t taken the mattresses out of there plastic protective covers and zipped them together, they replied that we hadn’t paid for assembly. We paid £3000 for a mattress that they couldn’t even unpack and zip up!!!!They also asked do I need to take my shoes off going onto the carpeted stairs and landing “ surely they should have known better “ let’s see how the sleep goes as not impressed up to now.

Placed an order online for a bedframe, after visiting the local store to view it. I would have placed the order at the store but I wanted to do further research then placed the order that evening before the sale ended. I have had a delivery date and a comprehensive email detailing all I need to know and do before, during and after delivery. The links included videos and written information, all very helpful.

The assistant have me every opportunity to try here until I found the one most suitable.
