She showed us what she thought we would like after asking us a few questions about our sleeping habits. We picked a bed with no fuss at all. She didn't try to sell us anything extra. She was fab.

Great service from Jean - Wolverhampton
We went into Bensons for Beds on the Bilston Road in Wolverhampton and we were extremely pleased with the service. Jean was very attentive and knowledgable, answering any questions we had. She showed us a variety of options, all at different price ranges, and didn’t push us at all towards any of them. The whole experience has gone like clockwork.
The whole experience has gone like clockwork. From visiting your shop in Bilston to the delivery yesterday of our new mattress. In store Lisa was brilliant, told us all we needed to know and offered her excellent advice with no pressure to purchase. We even talked at great lengths about all the great clubs and bands of the 60s. and 70s. The delivery guys were great, on time and super quick. In conclusion, a great experience, really glad we gave you a visit. Much better than Dreams !

Very friendly staff at Wolverhampton store. Communication via e-mail and texts excellent. Very friendly delivery staff too. The only thing that let them down was having to wait for the headboard for a further 2 weeks when it should have been delivered with the bed.

Blue Chip Service at Bensons
I visited Bensons twice before placing my order. I was given clear, honest and unbiased views by Jean, of the type of products that I required, along with clear explanations of your discounts. The second visit, I was initially helped by another of Jean’s colleagues, who was as equally helpful and professional. I completed my order with Jean who led me through all of the discounts, and came away feeling that I had made some very sound decisions, with a few pennies off the overall cost. I have nothing but absolute praise for the service that I was given.

We can't thank Lisa and her assistant Samara,for their support in the parchase of our bed, and sorting out the problem we with our delivery (wrong bed bases).
