I’ve purchased numerous items from Bensons for Beds, all from this store. The most recent purchase was a divan bed.
I’ve not yet received my delivery and noticed 14 days after the purchase there was 25% off. I honestly didn’t think there would be an issue either honoring this. I called the store and was promised a callback back the same day, this didn’t happen!
Having now discussed with the store I’ve been advised it’s a 7 day cooling off period for store orders. This was not advised to me but I have stupidly signed to say I understand the T&Cs!
For a large company they really do lack transparency, integrity and good old customer service. Loyalty means nothing!
Please take your time to read T&Cs, ask questions and don’t feel pressured to sign on the dotted line!

Barbara was amazing helping me get the right mattress for my muscle problems. She was very knowledgeable on all brands and wasn't pushy to make you buy an specific brand. Definitely recommend shopping there if looking for new bedroom furniture

Felt not sufficient staffing with the amount of customers present when we were in the store. Good selection of items available.
Able to look around the store without pressure, couple of mattresses selected and a chat with staff gave us some clarity about the items.
Mattresses selected, delivery date organised and payment made. All straight forward.

Good customer service product described i depth only thing process for interest free purchase could be dealt with better explained more in depth before going ahead with large deposit to then find had to do own completion of finance online. Not suitable for those who are not or could not do that as maybe not computer savvy
