We visited Strathkelvn store twice over a weekend - the Manager from the Kilmarnock Store was covering and dealt with our sale. Cannot speak too highly of the service we received. From advice to purchase to delivery and set-up.

We had purchased a king size chrome frame and paid for set-up. 3 man team arrived within promised delivery slot and had completed the delivery and install in less than 30 minutes of arrival. Fantastic service.

Wish they sold other stuff :-)

We purchased a mattress from these guys and the customer experience was excellent. Stewart the salesman listened to exactly what we told him our needs were and sold us the correct product even although it was less expensive than the mattress we were looking at initially which tells me that this company put the customer needs first. Delivery was flawless and they took the old mattress away. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Poor from the moment I left the store.

The mattress removal fee was never discussed, so we naturally assumed this was included. Had it been explained at the time of purchase, there would have been no issue.

After placing the order, we never received an invoice for the outstanding balance. As a result, our delivery was delayed without our knowledge. There was no phone call, no email, and no attempt to let us know there was a problem.

I eventually had to chase the order myself, only to be asked whether I had received the invoice. When I explained that I hadn’t, I was simply told the delivery would now be delayed by another week. Again, there was no apology and no attempt to rectify the situation.

We invested in a premium mattress expecting a premium buying experience. Instead, we’ve received substandard customer service from start to finish, and despite spending a significant amount of money, we’re still no closer to receiving our mattress.

Oliver was very pleasant and helpful. Took account of all our requirements.

Salesman took time to listen, allowed us to try out mattresses and find the correct one. We were allowed to take our time and discuss, ask questions, and there was no pushing us to make mind up quickly. Once chosen he found the best deal with all essential safeguards explained fully.

Very helpful sales person. Didn't feel rushed and given plenty time to try different beds. Very happy with my mattress.

Bought insurance which in retrospect perhaps shouldn’t have done but pleased with the bed. Very comfortable ! The delivery was smooth and bed put in place and set up. Went beyond the call of duty. Thanks guys.
