Bought insurance which in retrospect perhaps shouldn’t have done but pleased with the bed. Very comfortable ! The delivery was smooth and bed put in place and set up. Went beyond the call of duty. Thanks guys.

This was an excellent buying experience considering we only went in to look at what I had seen online.
We were welcomed to the store within a minute or so by Barbara. I explained we already had a sealy posturepedic mattress which we had purchased from bensons many years ago - 12 to be exact - and wanted something similar .
She helped us choose the most suitable firmness for us and showed us 3 different mattresses, including the sealy. She knew when to step away to give us time on our own to decide what we felt was best for us.
She was very thorough and explained every fully.

Staff very helpful . Marion was very informative and offered good advice . Bought hip hop bed very comfortable and well made product . Excellent value for money . We have purchased a few of these beds over the years.

Stewart and Gillian were a great help when choosing our new mattress. We did the sleep assessment first which was interesting and they were very patient while we tried out and spent time on a range of mattresses to make sure we chose the right style and size for us, they were understanding, friendly and professional throughout.
Stewart then managed to put together a good offer for us and we purchased our mattress in store. We were offered a very quick delivery date and have been kept up to date by emails since ordering, they also offer a blue light discount in store and online which is great! Stewart also walked us through some great bed options which was helpful.
The store was clean, well presented and organized too.

Great service from both shop staff and delivery team

Stewart spent a lot of time guiding me to what mattresses were suitable to my needs.
Didn't feel I was pushed into buying an expensive mattress but got the right one which was very comfortable.
Look forward to having a good night's sleep at last.

We ordered a mattress and bed frame from the store. We queried the price at the time as it was about £300 less than we were expecting. We were advised that the store assistant had found a better deal . I checked when I got home and a thinner mattress had been ordered. This was corrected the same day. I also checked the name of the bedframe matched. What I discovered a week later was that there were 2 bed frames with the same name. And the wrong one had been ordered!! To be fair this was also sorted in store within 48 hours later. Given the issues we had we phoned to check that we had the dismantle service for our existing bed which they confirmed we had. However on the day of delivery the men delivering weren’t too happy with my husband as they said we didnt have that service. My husband told them to call the store and left them to get on with it. This too was sorted but 3 errors on 1 order was a bit stressful

The process from being advised by Gillian in the showroom to signing the finance was very smooth. Communications were very clear. I am confident that the delivery and assembly will also be on schedule.

Delivery arrived on time. Men put the bed together quickly, showed me how it worked and left room tidy.

We bought two single beds and mattresses, the prices were good.It was good that we bought the beds and Bensons said they could store them for as long as we needed which was helpful and gave us a chance to clear the room. When we agreed the delivery it came on time and the delivery men were friendly and helpful.
