Went in to buy a bed that we saw on offer the assistant Gillian was very friendly , helpful and She also explained everything that we needed to know regarding the delivery .i would not hesitate in recommending this store to family and friends in the future

That's simple the assistant Callum at Bishopbriggs retail park. From the moment I walked into the store. He was welcoming ,helpful without being an overbearing sales person. He didn't follow me around the store, Still got the sale.

Barbara was the sales person who helped me pick my mattress. She was very friendly very easy to talk too. Barbara adviced me which mattress would suit my body type, she made the experience pleasant and effortless. Barbara was clear and concise with instructions regarding delivery of mattress and the care of my mattress. Overall nice experience, l was made to feel comfortable while purchasing my new matress.

The saleswoman, was very patient, straightforward and informative in her explanation of the different merits of each bed and helped us pick the right bed for us, without being the least bit pushy.

Having slept in the bed out for a month, the bed is just perfect for us.

A warm welcome from Gillian who through her experience gave clear guidance regarding the purchase of the mattress, base and headboard we required.
There was no sales pressure and we were given time and space to make the selection .
This was our second purchase from the Benson's store in Bishopbriggs and would have no hesitation to return for any other purchase.
The arrangements for delivery were easily made followed up by clear instructions .

Great service. We are returning customers for Benson For Bed Bishopbriggs. Our first customer experience in the shop in 2023, made us to go back in 2024 to buy another bed for visitors' bedroom. We will come back again for wardrobes.

The staff, Paul and Barbara were very knowledgeable and helpful. They offered good advice and helped us find what we were looking for.

Excellent customer service, nice professional welcome when I entered shop, young salesman, Calum introduced himself, asked a few questions and then suggested I tried a mattress simulator, which I did and he suggested which type of mattress might suit me.
I returned next day an gave Calum the order, new mattress was delivered a week later, again very professional delivery service, I even received a phone call a half hour before delivery. I would like to thank all members of staff for their help.
