I was greeted by customer advisor Julie. Julie was very friendly and very knowledgeable answering my questions. I felt welcome and comfortable with her. To say I was not intending to purchase a bed at the time she helped me to understand the difference in mattresses and I left the store happy making a purchase. P M

Nice quick and easy process shoutout to Julie
Nice quick and easy process. Wasn’t pressured at any point and they was completely transparent. I think the lady that served me was Called Julie, couldn’t fault her in the slightest she was helpful the whole way through.

From my initial interaction with Julie…
From my initial interaction with Julie I knew had come to the right place. Julie was helpful, knowledgeable, polite and interested. I left with all my details feeling extremely satisfied.
A few days later I went back to the store and met Adele (manageress). Adele was wearing a lanyard that had 20 years + on it. I had a smashing conversation with Adele about the company and how long service is acknowledged and common, obviously a great place to work. Maybe the Head Office should look at the Sunday Times 100 Best Places to Work.
My order was placed and all the relevant information passed to me.
A great experience and I am looking forward to my new mattress.

Excellent support and advice in choosing new mattress
Kevin in store was extremely helpful and understanding in assisting us choose the right mattress that suited our needs. His knowledge of the products available made our selection much easier based on quality and budget availability.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Knowledgeable and friendly staff who were able to assist me in deciding what I wanted. Not that easy when faced with an array of beds and mattresses that all look the same. I wasn't advised to buy the most expensive on offer but rather one that met my requirements.

Great service
Good range of prices. 25% off in the sale, so we upgraded a little too. We made two visits and each time the service was impeccable. Sales staff were really informative and not pushy at all.
