I was shopping for a Wardrobe. I prefer to see my more expensive items, even though I check out on line first. Sales assistant directed me to the selection of Wardrobes, gave me plenty of time to look at them all and was knowledgeable on all my questions. I was very pleased with the fact that Bensons for beds offer a delivery and build service at a reasonable cost.

Top quality goods and service
Visited the Bensons for bed shop in Blackpool to see what was available and some inspiration . A member of staff Gem listened to us and showed us the various options . We only went in to have a look
We only went in to have a look. Although I'll be honest I've been looking for about 4 years! We were greeted by a sales advisor who later introduced himself as Kevin (Blackpool) who advised us about a bed that would 'read' us to tell us what type of mattress we needed. I told him we both have bad backs and he immediately took us to the clearance section to a bed that as well as raised the head and feet also had a built in massager! We bought 2 plus the clearance Tempura mattress and a full price Igel mattress Got a great deal & on interest free too. I was counting down to delivery like i was a child waiting for Xmas. Delivery was quick and on time. I would go back to Bensons and have already recommended them to friends and family

Showroom very good
Showroom very good, friendly and helpful - and through asking questions and letting us experience different types of mattress, we found what we needed.
Delivery men were rushing - one man in particular - presumably with a long delivery list to deal with. Flinging the bedroom door open so that the doorhandle made a dent in the wall not a good approach!

The staff from the shop (Kevin) was very helpful, he introduce more detail of mattress and bed to us it is great. 10 points
Delivery service staff were very nice (driver: Ryan and assistant Kelvin) they came here right in time and give me a call before arrival which can give me enough time to prepare. They packed up all packing materials and take away which was very good, tidy and clean, good, very good, 10 points

Highly recommended!
The experience in store was very good. We were allowed to take our time, ask questions, and were not subjected to a hard sell. We didn't actually intend to buy a bed that day, but the quality of the displays and general atmosphere in store, combined with the friendliness of Sandra, convinced us to choose BFB. The delivery was a great service, and we would like to thank Ant and Duncan for their assistance. Highly recommended!
