Exceptional customer service in store when we went in to decide which mattress to purchase. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products and their technology they use to help us choose the perfect mattress that suited both my wife and my preferences was impressive. Good advice from Kevin at the Blackpool store and a reassurance of mattress exchange if it's found to be uncomfortable. When it was delivered, Chris and colleague were extremely pleasant, accommodating and respectful to our carpets by putting on shoe covers when carrying the mattress up to our 2nd story bedroom and on their way down we're kind enough to carry the old mattress to ground level! 11/10!

I was kept informed of delivery date and time and the installers were efficient and friendly. My old mattress and divan were taken away and everywhere was left clean and tidy.
