The customer service was excellent

The bed is great But the service from Bensons ( right through ) has been poor !
The first invoice was wrong , we had to pay up front ( over £2000) for a delivery date 3 months in advance ( having been told initially the it would be 3weeks) then that was further delayed
Upon delivery - although the service appeared good) we discovered they had trapped a bedside lamp wire with in the bed frame which has proved impossible to remove and rendered the lamp in Sao as it may be a fire hazard if we try to use it
Finally I’ve tried several times to contact them to sort this out and have had no success ( still waiting an initial call back)

We just popped in to take a look one evening. The member of staff was excellent. She offered help but was willing to give us enough time to take a look ourselves. Then she offered help again and suggested the mattress check. All the time polite, helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy.
We left that evening with a quote and thinking time. My husband returned the next day to buy the type of mattress and new bed that had been suggested.

Monica in the Blackpool store was very pleasant and helpful. The 2 lads who brought the mattress and removed the old one were on time, friendly and very efficient. They even offered to remove their shoes. A good experience all round.

On entering the store I thought that it was very bright and clean. The staff left me to browse, which made me feel relaxed. On choosing the item that I wanted, I found the Customer Service to be very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds

Ordered a mattress. Had the mattress for 4 nights and really pleased with the product. Delivery was great too.

Efficient and helpful service in the shop. Good range of products. Delivery arrangements very clear, flexible enough and with good communication throughout.

We visited the Squires Gate branch several times and received excellent advice. We felt they were professional and friendly and there was no pressure to buy. The package put together for us was excellent value. This included delivery and assembly of an ottoman bed which again we could not fault.

Kevin met us at the door and his explanations, showing us how we could use IT to help us decide on the right mattress. Then took us through all of our buying options including the 10 year care plan. We bought 2 lovely mattresses, covers and the Care Plan. Kevin was kind, clear and friendly, we felt we could trust him and would buy from Bensons with confidence in future.

The assistant was a star! Gave us a great deal, put up patiently with my faffing about paying for the bed, and really helpful! Forgotten her name, unfortunately, but many thanks!

Tommy our sales expert was fantastic and able to answer all our questions.

Sandra who helped us choose a bed was very patient and listened to everything we said, she assisted us around the shop numerous times while we chose the right bed for us. She explained everything in detail and didn’t pressure us at all, she gave us an information sheet to go home and measure to make sure we were able to get the bed up out stairs. Overall Sandra gave one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had a very long time. She was a delight!
