We were helped by Ben who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He was patient and ensured that we had the time to consider that we had made the correct choice. He was knowledgeable about the different beds on offer and our own mattress which we were replacing.

Everything has been great from start to finish . Plenty of communication and reminders . had a call from the delivery team night before to confirm if it was ok to deliver .The tracking feature was really handy on my phone , can't fault anything .The delivery team were great ,they were very pleasant and friendly . They took all the packaging away and my old bed . I love my new bed , had the best sleep that I have had in ages .

Super Deluxe!
The IGel mattresses, which Bensons have made to order, are superb. So we wished to buy one for the guest room. The manager was so helpful to make sure we were ordering exactly the right one.

Disappointed in the outcome.
Had already researched the bed online. Upon arrival was greeted by the staff member, Davey, who was very friendly and helpful. Bought the bed, mattress, headboard and a pillow. Although initial experience was fairly positive it was not clearly explained that the attached top mattress may move and after a relatively short time that is what happened. Having to buy a replacement mattress. Won't be buying from Bensons for Beds.
