Amazing and super helpful. Genuinely cared about the sleep and gave recommendations on the best furniture - beds and mattresses to get.
Awesome discounts, and everyone had a laugh, a smile and a happy aura about them; it definitely wasn't forced.
Made me want to buy the mattress they have, so I can laugh more like them and not be grumpy. Power of a good bed and a good night's sleep.

The experience with Bensons for Beds…
The experience with Bensons for Beds was excellent from visiting the Bournemouth store to choose a mattress to the delivery. The staff involved were professional and helpful. The communication was excellent in keeping up to date with the delivery date and time with their tracking service and a courtesy phone call to say the delivery was on its way. The delivery guys were great, very efficient and took all the packaging away along with our old mattress.

Fabulous bed and service
I received the bed yesterday delivered by John and Cameron. They were very pleasant professional, helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They carried the bed very carefully from the delivery truck to the bedroom on first floor without any hesitation. Very happy with the service. Fabulous staff.

The local shop was easy to park at
The local shop was easy to park at, as it is located in a retail park, and offered a good range of options in a relaxed atmosphere with no sales pressure. When we had made our choice ordering was straightforward.
We were kept informed about the delivery time well in advance.
Delivery and installation of the new bed, and removal of the old one was efficiently and quickly carried out to our complete satisfaction.

The staff weren’t particularly…
The staff weren’t particularly welcoming and we found the lady who served us quite abrasive. We’d agreed on the bed we would like, and the lady then took our deposit without showing us the bill. We were then surprised to find a £50 delivery charge which we were not made aware of in advance. We understand there is often delivery costs, but we should have been informed as £50 is a lot of money.
Additionally, I was told that our finance would be over 10 months. I didn’t realise this was optional, and that other lengths of finance were available. We weren’t given this option.
Lastly when I asked if I could pay with American Express I was met with a very sharp ‘No’.

Excellent visit, very pleased!
We visited to buy a mattress and all good. Glenn, the manager was most knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Lots of choice. My wife needs a scooter to get around, due to disability and shop spacious.
