The warm welcome we received from Mary set the tone for a happy bed and mattress shopping experience! What a difference it made actually speaking with a knowledgeable and honest salesperson rather than trying to navigate purchasing online. After months of searching we had bought the bed and mattress in no time. Let’s hope they are as comfortable and well made as they appeared.

My daughter suggested I go to Benson for beds to look for a new mattress, the staff in shop were very helpful and friendly, I am looking forward to my mattress arriving

The woman in store was helpful about the products but I was extremely offended when she implied I was "that age" when I would be getting night sweats! How rude. People of all ages run hot or cold at night depending on more than just "menopause".
Bensons asked me for more information and I provided it but they have not contacted me as they said they would.

I had a pillow which had a seam come apart… the store team were rather rude and said I could not have a refund but could put the amount £75.00 towards something else. I am very unhappy about this and am seeking advice about it. I thought if the item was faulty you were entitled to a full refund. I will never buy again from this company…
Well I have now a couple of helpful emails from Benson’s for beds and have had a full refund… I am grateful for this and feel happy about the outcome. A fair and correct result with thanks to James B at Benson’s for Beds.

I went into the Camborne/Redruth store and was meet by a very nice well presented lady called Julie she was very nice and had a very good knowledge off the beds that she was selling there was no pressure on me at all and she gave very good advice I did call about 2 weeks later and spoke to Julie on the phone and ordered a mattress witch I am very pleased with Bensons are very lucky to have such a lovely knowledgeable lady working for you a great credit to the company well done Bensons

Have never bought an adjustable bed before the salesman was very helpful let me play around with the controls for a bit, after doing so my husband also tryed the bed so we ended up buying 2 instead of 1 also the other staff were very helpful
