I knew I needed a new mattress, so I was looking online, and then I decided to go to the store, this was the right decision, at the store I met Jon, who was absolutely fantastic, he knows what he's talking about, explained the options I had and showed me around varying mattresses, there was no sales pressure at all, and he answered all questions I had thoroughly, I was highly satisfied and made a purchase in the same day, thank you so much Jon for your help!

Very happy with my new bed

The delivery arrived promptly in the morning and they built the bed up for me and it's amazingly comfy. From the moment I set foot in the show room in Camborne I felt very taken care of.

On being worried about full on in your face sales talk as we walked in the door, we were very dubious that this would be a "pushy" experience. As a salesperson loomed towards us smiling...l caught his eye and said do not barrage us with sales jargon !!!!
Jon could not have taken me more seriously !!!
What we thought would be a stressful shop, turned out to be a brilliant experience with Jon, he could not have been more helpfull....we had so much banter and laughter and positive help without being pressured....a total credit to your store Clive and Due

We Was sold a superking ottoman bed with built in tv and told several times the bed would be constructed upon delivery. We rechecked this and was told not to worry, We were told the installers would show us how everything works, how to raise and use the tv that was built in and we then proceeded with the sale. When the bed was delivered the delivery men knew nothing about this and told us to contact the store, we contacted the store and the gentleman who sold us the bed actually answered and admitted this was his mistake and will do what he can to rectify this issue. We were happy with this. A couple of days later the store manager called us and told us even though it was his mistake there was nothing she could do from here and to contact customer services.. We felt very let down at store level and being a store manager myself i would take full responsibility and go above and beyond to sort this issue out, she did remind us he was still in training which we understand but feel this potentially reflects his training and in this scenario i would not be allowing someone without the correct training to oversee a sale of £4449 by themselves..
We are now only days away from moving in to our dream house and at this time if the company cannot find fitters to build the bed or we cannot find someone to do this (bensons will reimburse the costs) we have the prospect of sleeping on a sofa for the foreseeable future. I hope a quick resolution can be found and hope this is not a common occurrence and would like to reiterate the gentleman who made the sale was very polite friendly and professional though out our experience and wish him all the best with his Bensons career.

Arrived within timeframe drivers were quick and efficient and friendly

The member of staff who served us, a lovely lady called Ali,was very friendly and extremely helpful which enabled us to buy the perfect mattress for our needs. Also sorted out suitable finance which was again a great help. Many thanks.

Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful delivery. People were brilliant. No mess asked where they can take their shoes off really good service.

Delivery men arrived when they said. They were professional, friendly and polite. They were extremely informative.

We were warmly welcomed and given careful, unhurried advice.
No sales pressure at all.
Before arrival, we were undecided whether to go for a John Lewis Ottoman or a Benson's one.
Jon's helpfulness and Benson's quality won us over completely.
