Great sales team.
We had two visits to store in Camborne and both times we were helped by Jon and he made the shopping experience a delight. He was very welcoming and friendly. He had good knowledge of all the products and helpful advice to suit our needs. We didn’t feel harassed or pressured as you often can whilst shopping, so we were able to make our decision in a relaxed way.

Great Customer Service
Went in on 26th April and was approached by a lovely lady and gentleman who were very welcoming, very helpful with working around our budget and trying to help. On the day I didn’t purchase anything as I wanted to go and make sure I’d got a good deal and was the right mattress for me.
I later returned on the 28th April to purchase the mattress that I was shown and had a good chat with the two members of staff in the Camborne store, both very welcoming again and very good customer service. They sold the mattress to me, not because of the product but because of the people and the service they provided. Thankyou.
