A great store to buy from.
From a great meet and greet from a new member of staff who started my experience from when I entered the store to the friendly experienced sales man (Monju) to leaving,
He explained from the vast amount of mattresses and beds,the quality,range expensive to the lower own brand and extras on offer in the sale,very polite and knowledgeable a credit to the company.

Staff were helpful and pleasant
Staff were helpful and pleasant. The lifting mechanism of the bed I bought there 7 years ago, outside the guarantee period, fell apart so they explained clearly what the options were to replace it.

We had an excellent experience with Monju. He patiently guided us through a variety of mattress options and ultimately led us to a Sealy mattress that was exactly what we were looking for. He truly understood our needs and preferences, providing exceptional service throughout the process. His professionalism and expertise made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We went and ordered a new Mattress today, when we went into the shop the Monju Ali came over and showed us all the mattresses they had he was very polite and very helpful and friendly and explained all the different mattresses they have.
