Benson for bed customer sevices some members of staff need retraining rude then when pulled up and had it in writing denied all facts bed broken not fit for purpose told to go into store pick like for like bed they would cover difference did this phoned them only to be told this was not a line for like bed the lady in the cannock branch was fantastic helpful she spoke to the gentlemen who said no couldn’t have it due to more expensive she explained on the notes it had got they would pay the difference he said no I was a liar he said up to £300 he had put on the notes he told the shop assistant to stop shouting and she wasn’t she was very professional and polite ended up putting phone down phoned back and spoke to a lady who apologised for the gentleman and said I should of been told of the amount she then offered £450 then told I could pay the difference which was another £200 I told the lady no if this was stated at the time that ip to £300 I would of excepted this anyway sorted another bed this was only because the shop assistant was fantastic customer sevices need to take a leaf out of her book I had a loads of orders from benson for beds and this is the first time I have had a problem

The young man in the showroom was so helpful. He had good knowlege of all the beds etc. He gave us useful advice with no pressure to make a quick decision. The whole sale was very relaxed and friendly which made the whole process a pleasant one.

Suzanne was very helpful and made us feel comfortable, they have a good selection of beds and mattresses. Having been to 5 bed shops that day we decided to eventually go back to bensons. My only niggle is their pricing....when you look at the board with the prices on you see 1 highlighted price which you think is the bed price, but no that's the mattress only then you have to the add the base on various forms then add headboards various designs. Just wish they could make their pricing more simpler. You think that's a good price then realise there's lots of add ons and does become expensive.
