Very helpful showing us only the type of bed we wanted at the price we said.

The shop has a a variety of bed available to choose from , the staffs are great and very helpful,pleasant and patient with us.
The financing part of the product we buy is also very helpful . Overall a very good experience .

The sales lady was excellent, gave me lots of useful info wasn’t pushy , sold me just what I wanted . Wish there were more sales staff like her about in other places , Well done everyone and Bensons , my new bed is on its way in a few weeks 👍

Sales lady Hetal offered kind and helpful information on the range of mattresses that I was interested in and made my decision easier than I had expected. The May Day sale prices made the purchase even more satisfactory!

The staff member was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the mattresses. However I was guided towards the expensive ones first. When I asked about the 0% finance, she explained you couldn't have that unless you paid over£1,000. The adverts don't tell you that. So I had to use my credit card.

Very knowledgable sales staff when I was buying a mattress for my granddaughter regarding the materials in the mattress I should be looking for as children under 4 don’t self regulate their body temperature in the same way as adults. Brilliant value care package for mattress too at a great price! Prefer to buy from a store than online as you get to look and try first and with so many shopping experiences these days customer service does not exist. Will definitely use Bensons for beds again.

Very reasonable prices and a great selections of bed. Adam the salesman was very helpful after asking what we were looking for he didn’t just try to sell us the most expensive mattress, he showed us all our options and allowed us time to think. We returned the next day and ended up purchasing 2 mattresses and a bed base.

The procedure to identify the right pillow and mattress was great. I ordered both. Unfortunately the bed I wanted was out of stock and could not be delivered until September, so that was a shame. The lady who looked after me was lovely.

Came in very close to close looking for a mattress within my budget that was also rolled and ready for me to take home, the lady who spoke to us couldn't have been more helpful, she was also just very nice and bubbly towards us, really excellent customer service! The mattress I ended up getting was 20% off, unbelievably comfortable and came with loads of extra benefits for next to nothing, so so happy with my purchase!
