Excellent sales assistant who helped us through the decisions. Good communication re delivery. Happy with bed. Delivery was in an old white van and the guys (especially one) were a bit loud and not very professional. However bed was put together, old one taken as agreed and paid for.

Salesman pressure too high, but efficient enough.
The salesman was pushing for ancillary items that I'd already said that I didn't want. I assume it was for more commission.

Bed selection made easy
The process of picking the bed that I wanted was made easy be the staff at the Chelmer Village store by simply following a list of question. The mattress selection was good and the machine they used helps you select the correct firmness and then you are shown serval different types, and makes for your chosen firmness without forcing you toward any specific make.
