Great service from the Chester store by Dave. Delivery was within the timescale quoted. Delivery team were polite, efficient & took all the packaging away.

Excellent customer service in the Chester industrial park store, when choosing our new wardrobe. Dave and Christine were absolutely fantastic so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, without being at all pushy. They took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. We needed lots of advice and had lots of questions which throughout the afternoon David and Paul helped us with. This is the second time we have bought from this store and the customer service is exceptional.

Ive always had my doubts going into stores, thinking of pressure sales and not selling to customers needs.
My wife and I went into the Chester store, to try out new mattress, after a few minutes Christine the sales lady approached us and assisted our needs. She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and non pushy. We must of tried 10 mattress before we made a decision. Without Christine’s support I feel we probably would have bought a mattress not suitable to our needs.

Super efficient, kept up to date with order and phone calls before delivery. Men were very respectful of my home, taking their shoes off before they came in.highly recommend bensons .

Great experience in store. We visited with view to purchase, but we found a mattress and bed to suit our needs at our first visit. Rose was incredibly helpful, no pressure. After we were given advice on mattresses and tried a few out until we found the perfect one, we browsed the store to choose a bed without a salesperson hovering over us!

There is so much more to buying a mattress than I first thought however Christine and Dave (Chester ) where on hand ,Menu thanks for the advice and sharing you’re expertise making the whole process a pleasurable experience

To be slightly critical:
Obviously the price creeps up with add ons. Add on costs need to be clearer when displaying the price e.g. clear delivery cost and clear cost of assembly as some beds had mechanical parts such as an ottoman bed.
Larger displays of picing around the store needed.
Lead time also needs to be clearer for each item. Some were 10 days others 12-14 weeks
Otherwise a good experience.

Steve and his manager were really helpful as always and we would not go anywhere else to buy a bed.

Barry greeted us within a few minutes of arriving and immediately made us feel welcome. We explained that we were only looking and honestly had no idea what we wanted, but he was relaxed, patient and never made us feel pressured.
After listening to what we needed, Barry simply asked, “Can I make some suggestions and show you a few options?” His knowledge and approach made the whole process so much easier. Within 40 minutes, we had chosen our new bed, mattress and completed the purchase!

Christine in the chester store was friendly, approachable and very well informed

We visited the Chester branch after receiving a quote from another bed company.
We were greeted by a lovely salesman called Barry who was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
What really made it a pleasure to shop here was that after showing us certain beds and mattresses to look at he gave us some pillows and left us to brouse and try a variety of beds. It was a real pleasure doing business with Bensons For Beds and in our view every shop should have a Barry.

Christine at the Chester store was wonderful. She really listened to what we were after as we had limited space and she managed to find the right bed for us. Delivery was also pretty quick

This is our second purchase at this branch and as last time we were helped understanding what the options were based on our needs and we were left freely to decide and choose. Amazing!
