Matresses are great. However, the bedframe are not so great. I specially asked if the bed frame smelly, shop helper said no. When I got them, it is not just smelly, but very bad smells.

Chester store - mattress shopping
We visited Chester store to buy a new mattress. From the moment we entered, Dave was amazing - listened to our concerns, challenges and gave us advice. Brilliant service from Stephen
Stephen from the Chester store was really helpful in helping us find the right mattress for us. He took us through lots of different options and was very knowledgeable on all the products. Stephen also kept us informed when there was a better deal available to us and ensured we were looked after from start to finish.

From start to finish - entering the showroom to mattress delivery, we had excellent service. Christine in the showroom was fantastic, knowledgeable, very helpful without being pushy.
The tracking service was perfect. We knew exactly what was happening & when. Our two young delivery men, sorry we didn't get your names, were brilliant. We'd chosen a heavy mattress so getting it up the stairs was no mean feat. They managed it professionally & without complaint, despite it's weight. They took away the old mattress to be recycled. Our new mattress is perfect, exactly what we wanted. Thank you Benson's!

Great quality and peace of mind
So much better than going through a small drop-shipping firm. The Alexis Ottoman is excellent quality and a really good price. I was a little afraid it might be a bit squeaky or flimsy at that price, but it's fine. Just have to make sure all the bolts are tightened properly, and just give them a little tighten whenever you move the bed.
