First we were shown the different mattresses then were left to try as many as we wanted
The assistant left us to wander without bothering us until we were ready to make a purchase
He was extremely helpful

Good showroom, quick service although salesman a little too pushy trying to sell bed insurance also felt that delivery should be free, after all not many people could take away a bed or mattress even if given the choice.

Really positive and straightforward experience, understood our requirements and found us the perfect bed set.

The lady helped us look at each option for a quick delivery and eventually we found a great bed, amazing customer service, truly going above and beyond to help us.

The sales lady was very helpful, knowledgeable but no pressure sale which I love. Went to dreams straight after to compare before making a decision. We certainly didn’t get looked after in the same way in dreams so went straight back to bensons and bought the mattress

My partner and I had in mind a bed that we found on the website and was going to order it ourselves online. HOWEVER, we are so so happy we went into the store and was assisted by a lovely women named Lisa! Lisa was so attentive, knowledgeable, warm and caring! You couldn't of asked for a better assistance! Honestly, absolutely amazing. She needs a raise! Woo thank you so much Lisa :)

Staff was very helpful.. Only negative is the delivery waiting time!! 5 weeks but signs in store were saying usually in 7 days,,, I can hope that it may come forward but willing to wait..
