Mo, the store manager, helped us from the minute we walked into the store. He was fabulous - informative but not at all pushy! We would definitely recommend visiting this branch and we were very happy with our whole experience.

Mo at Colindale Bensons is an experienced bed specialist (and not just a regular sales person). He's knowledgeable on different mattress and bed types, understands the importance mattress type can make on individuals' sleep, and listens to the customer's specific needs. Providing advice and great customer service experience overall.

I ordered wardrobe and chest drawer, delivery supposed to be delivered after six weeks,
First excuse lorry is too big can’t come to your road.
Second excuse parking restriction on your road
Third excuse they haven’t uploaded your wardrobe we can deliver only chest drawer.

i visited few shop before look for beds and then came to Benson i found staff are very nice and price are good

We went to buy our bad to the shop in Colindale where we found a very good staff. Our delivery it was supposed to come on the 7 of August unfortunately we were left waiting all day without been advised that our delivery had a delay and until end of the day I called so many time customers services they still kept saying that we should receive our delivery on that day. Then the day after I had to call so many time the customer service to get the delivery. The delivery has arrived but missing items so I have still to wait another day to get our full delivery. In the end we wasted 2 day at work. We paid for our delivery and they didn't want to refund us
Also it's hard to speak with a manager u can only speak with the staff members 😔
We decided as is very poor their services to take an action.
