Great service.
Member of staff that helped me in the Colindale branch (David) was very friendly, understood what I was looking for (back support) and guided me to the right mattress I needed, and provided guidance on maintenence. And the delivery guys James and Kay were super efficient; took the heavy mattress upstairs into the bedroom and placed it on the bed, took the packaging away, friendly and provided guidance on maintaining the mattress. Great service all round!

Excellent Service from Store to Delivery
We recently visited the Benson for Beds store in Colindale and were served by David, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to explain the differences between the various beds and mattresses without any pressure to buy. We were given plenty of time to look around and make our decision, which was very refreshing.
The delivery team were also excellent. They arrived on time, called ahead before the delivery slot, and were very courteous and careful when bringing the bed into the property.
We are extremely happy with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend Benson for Beds.

Excellent salesperson who was honest and did his best to help us get the best deal possible.
Delivery was smooth, they came almost exacty the time they said they would and the assembly of the TV bed was quick and clean. They were polite, friendly and very thoughtful.

I went to enquire about beds for my children especially my autistic son and I explained to the staff and one staff by name of salah in Colindale branch was very helpful and explained all my queries then I ended up buying all 3 beds, I feel it’s very important for staff to know there products and approach customers before customers approach them.
