Excellent salesperson who was honest and did his best to help us get the best deal possible.
Delivery was smooth, they came almost exacty the time they said they would and the assembly of the TV bed was quick and clean. They were polite, friendly and very thoughtful.

I went to enquire about beds for my children especially my autistic son and I explained to the staff and one staff by name of salah in Colindale branch was very helpful and explained all my queries then I ended up buying all 3 beds, I feel it’s very important for staff to know there products and approach customers before customers approach them.

We bought a new bed and mattress and…
We bought a new bed and mattress and were served very well at the store. But when it came to day of the delivery the delivery team was extremely rude unfriendly. They left us with a wrapped in dirty plastic mattress on our new bad, when I asked them to unpack it they just said we're not doing it. They left us elderly customers with dirty plastic wrapping to remove and clear when we have paid for full service of delivery and unwrapping etc.
I complained on their customer services and have not yet had any response.

IGel bed set
I ordered my iGel bed set from Benson's & I was very pleased with the customer service on site. Unfortunately the bed came faulty but Benson's arranged a whole replacement straight away.
The new bed was delivered by the amazing K & J.
Very satisfied with the final product & I would definitely recommend Benson's for the quality of service & products
