Very good customer service
We recently bought a mattress from Bensons For Beds, and it was a very easy and smooth process. We went to the store in Colindale, and a Customer Service colleague called David was very helpful throughout.
We already had in mind what we wanted, but his care and attention helped everything to go smoothly.

I had an excellent experience at Benson for beds. Krishnam was extremely helpful regarding finding the perfect mattress for comfort and support. Any questions I had he answered with in depth knowledge. This was the first shop I came to and had found my dream mattress and bed frame. The mattress I chose was of a high standard and gave the back excellent support. The bed frame was also beautiful and elegant.

We visited the Colindale store looking for a king size ottoman bed. On arrival at the store we were met by several sales staff who were very friendly and helpful. We finally sat down with the store manager Mo, who was very, politely, helpful and knowledgeable. Mo gave use some really good options and some great advice on side open, end opening plus he mentioned dimensions and delivery details. We came away after placing the order, very happy with our purchase. We would like to say a big thank you to Mo especially and his team.
